Owner , Dustin, called at 8 am and said he would be out that day to install my new water heater. I asked him if he would be doing it himself. He said yes. I informed him I would like to be here during installation. Hours went by and I finally got a text at 2pm stating someone is going to my house now. The tech actually was already at my house my babysitter told me. I was very upset. I should have been called BEFORE someone was at my house and a time should have been discussed. I am not just sitting around my house all day waiting for someone to show up with no notice. I informed him I was not home and I specifically told him I wanted to be there. Also, I was upset he sent some other tech after he told me he would be doing it himself. I agreed to let that technician take out the heater and I would be home by the time the other one went in. I arrived at home to find nothing had been done. I had to call him when I got home and asked him why it wasn't removed. He said he sent the tech to another job. I asked him again if this is going to be done today. He said YES! However, 5:00 comes around with no call from Dustin. He text me at 5:00 asking if I needed it done tonight or can it wait until tomorrow. I text him back and said I really need it tonight. I have been without hot water for 3 days already. I have 4 kids and we all need a shower. Five minutes later I got a phone call from someone else in his company , since he didn't want to tell me himself, saying a technician had a death in the family and could not do it tonight. Really?! 5 minutes late all the sudden their is a death?! He was just hoping I would let him off the hook and tell him he could come tomorrow morning and when I didn't say that he made his buddy call me with a an excuse. What a horrible excuse. At least be honest. I was extremely upset. I called the next day and Dustin was very rude could clearly care less about customer service. I ended up having to find another company to do the work. Luckily the next company was AWESOME! He could have had a customer for life if he could have just been honest and followed through with what he told me he was doing. He has now not only lost my business but he has lost my grandma's as well (who was a previous customer). We will be taking all our business to the new company I found.

Now a day’s It can be difficult to find a reliable and trustworthy plumbing company, but I felt completely at ease with Aqua Pro Plumbing Co. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. They even offered some helpful tips and advice for avoiding similar problems in the future.

Due to bad pex (plastic piping) originally installed in home and subsequent leak / mold in kitchen wall had to have total repipe of hot water lines in 5 year old house. AZIP was contracted to do the job by the manufacturer. Romero and Bianca did 95% of the work and they are a great team. Well qualified, competent, compassionate and helpful. Did great work. Highly recommend them.

The gentleman that did our repairs, Todd, was a very informative plumber, who seem to be very knowledgeable, of his area of expertise. gave us some very helpful information which we used to locate the type of sink and faucet we wanted to place in our kitchen. When it came time to replace the old bad sink he showed how well he knew his job. All the while explaining what was being done and would be done next. We also learned how very poorly the original sink and garbage disposal had been put in in the first place. I would certainly recommend this company and in particular, Todd, to anyone if they are in need of a plumber.

My Dad has been using Delaney’s Plumbing for many years. I am now living full time with my 87 year old Dad and have met Charles and he is always professional, efficient and even came over on Sunday when our toilet wouldn’t flush. His prices are fair and he provides excellent service.

Joe has been amazing each time he has been to our home. The first time we called him was to help us with a clogged toilet and after completing that task he actually took the time to perform a complete and thorough review of all of our plumbing. Much to our surprise he found a potential problem with our garbage disposal so we had him out once again to replace that. Called penguin air to have our older a/c looked at for preventive maintenance. Nathan called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. He throughly looked over all components and explained everything to me which I really appreciated him taking his time to do. He showed me multiple plans with no sales pressure. Nathan was honest and professional which is why I will continue to do business with Penguin Air! Thank you Nathan!

If you don’t have time to read the whole review, the brief review is this: Lennard’s Plumbing provided top notch customer service. Since leaving the Midwest, I haven’t experienced customer service this good. They have a customer for life and I will recommend them to everyone!

The long review: I talked to Lennard personally the day that I called. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. He discovered that our tankless water heater was a Home Depot model and that it was going to be hard to get parts for it. Lennard stopped out to verify the issue and told us he would work on getting the parts. He made some calls and went way above and beyond what I would normally expect. He had a warranty unit lined up and all I had to do was call to give my credit card information (for the core charge) to place the order.

After the unit was received, Lennard was able to get an installer out the next day. We were very grateful for this as we had been without hot water for almost 5 days. The installer showed up when he said he was going to and had the new water heater installed in no time. This gentleman (who I unfortunately cannot remember his name) was also extremely friendly when I talked to him on the phone.

Everything is working great, and again, I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Thank you all so much!

These guys were hard working, competent, fair, and professional, showed up 10 min early. Highly recommend. They dug up a hack job sewer splice in my backyard when it was 112° and fixed it in an afternoon while I watched from the A/C. Got the recommendation from my dad and he was right. I'll call these guys every time I need a plumber!

I was told by another company that I need all my pipes replaced. Called them or a quote. He came out to check my pipes and water pressure. Turns out everything was replaced before I brought the house. He could have taken advantage of me put didn't. I will be using this company for all my plumbing needs. great service..
