Adam and Nate came to my house this Saturday and cleared a blocked main line that 3 other (Non-Niemeyer Bros.) plumbers had failed to fix. They were fast to arrive, very friendly, competent, honest, and fairly priced. They turned a very stressful situation into a positive one. I will definitely call them again in the future for any plumbing needs!

Our tech was Josh, and he was upbeat, thorough, and so willing to help. he really made sure we got the best price, letting us know about promotions we had no idea existed. He did a fantastic job installing a brand new water heater, and a new reverse osmosis system the day after our inspection. There was no pressure to get anything we didn't need, and we were given lots of options in what we could do. They didn't try to pressure us into a sale with false fear of outcomes if we didn't do it either. He was very respectful of our time, and our space while in our home. The company, and the sister company Goettle that we dealt with in the past, were both above and beyond. We now have an ongoing membership with them and will use them for our yearly inspections and servicing for our home. Overall, as you can tell, we are pleased with all the services we have had this year. Highly recommend them.

Very good with scheduling and on time. I ahd to cancel and reschedule and no problems at all. Quickly changed out our angle stops. Water was only off for 20 minutes. Price came in a bit over the quote, but he actually did extra work not planned but he had to run out to get a part and he added a water line for our fridge last minute. Not that it would have been difficult, but saved me the time and effort to do it. Excellent customer service.

Pete & his partner with Cool Water Plumbing LLC, did a fantastic job installing my new toilet since the old toilet had a crack in it. They were professional and very friendly. I recently had GreenStar Plumbing's plumber, Ronnie, come out to unclog our drain line. He was very courteous and professional, and he identified the problem with their camera. He was done with the job in about half an hour and their prices were extremely reasonable. I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

I called Day and Night because my water heater was on the fritz. The came out, never upsold me listened to my concerns and installed the new water heater with recommendations that were necessary. Troy my tech was great. I would highly recommend them.

I had an immediate comfort level with Scott. He recently performed routine maintenance and repaired a condensation line for me. If I was needing to replace my hvac system, Scott would be my first call. He’s honest, fair, and very easy to talk to.

Yelped 5 plumber services and Chris responded the quickest. He diagnose the problem with the limited information I provided and he provided cost estimate in his response (everyone else asked me more questions). On top of that he applied a $50 discount. I was happy with his quote and he sent Larry over with a open window of 12pm -2n. Larry arrives at 11am and is down by 11:30am. There was another a problem with my toilet after Larry’s diagnosis. He gave me an estimate and applied another $50 off for that service. Amazing. This team is all about surprise and delight, professional home service (he wore a boot cover over his boot, too). STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I have been waiting over 6 months for these flakes to show up. No communication unless you call them and even then it takes days for them return your calls.

I keep getting the typical excuse, labor issues, supply chain etc...

Its seems like the owner is a one man show and nothing happens without him. That would be great except is about 80 years old!!!

Wednesday afternoon I discovered I had no hot water. I called American Home Shield and they assigned me to Centurion with a WO number. At 5:30 I called (they close at 6) I get an answering machine and no call back. I send texts, nothing. Thursday AM I text that I’m up but no response. At 8 AM I call I get VM. I call AHS and complain. I at least want a call back. After 2 hours and nothing I call AHS again and I’m very upset. After holding for 15 minutes I’m told they’ll be out Friday. Then they send Zach over on Thursday who tries without success to cut off a flange to see into the tank area. He’s unsuccessful. He takes pictures and says I need a new water heater and he will turn it in saying it may take a few days. One hour later AHS calls and tells me it is NOT covered because it was not normal wear and tear? We have been in the house 3 months with a policy that clearly states no inspections needed. No matter how old the equipment is. My sense is Centurion did not want to do the job because I complained about the response time and we are too far away from their office. This is really bad service all around. Centurion wants low hanging fruit. I was not worth it. But I’m hung out to dry. I am getting a new water heater Friday AM from another local company. I will now take on the AHS home warranty company. BBB, Atty General, Yelp. I will let everyone know how I was treated. 3 different techs said this is typical and my heater failed from old age.
