I Called and spoke with Chris who was (Very Friendly and professional) about having a kitchen faucet replaced. He said he would have someone out with in an hour. Tom called me (5 min) after hanging up he then arrived approximately 15 minutes later. Extremely fast response Tom was a Fantastic, friendly and VERY professional guy. He installed the faucet quickly and even took the time to show me what I needed to know about the new faucet more high tech then the one I had replaced. I highly recommend Flush King and will definitely use them for all my future plumbing needs. Thanks for a great job.

Absolutely great service from Ace, but ESPECIALLY by our technician, Lincoln! He went above and beyond to make sure our AC unit was well taken care of; he explained far more than other technicians for other companies have in the past. Would absolutely recommend signing up for a tune up at the very least, we were happy to sign up with the maintenance program.

Mr Rooter Plumbing has an amazing staff. Danny Try was the one that gave a quote and open the request service. He gave a very reasonable price and he was the one that remove the faucets, garbage disposal and the R.O system. Unfortunattely Dani had to go home to take care some personal issues and Dan Dein was the one that put my sink back and install new faucet, new garbage disposal and the R.O system. Both very professional, know what they are doing and very patient. Dan even said that my new faucet looks used. He commented twice and when he tested it, there was a hole in the cord. He patiently said: easy fix. Can you go to the store and get a new cord. He wait patiently and did an awesome job checking and re checking that there was no leaks. I recomend both Dan and Dany . Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Mountain Ridge Plumbing Services has staff that are professional AND kind. They immediately responded to our request for the installation of a new water tank and gave us a quote significantly less than another company. Once we agreed, they scheduled a technician to come out the next day. We were regularly notified when to expect him, and quite frankly, this technician who brought and installed the new tank was probably the most thorough and respectful plumbing technician we've ever had (we've lived in our same home for decades.) The contrast in the experiences we had with other companies before we contracted with Mountain Ridge was night and day. The others were late, quoted us sky high prices (I guess that's expected these days?), and still tried to upsell us. Mountain Ridge asked us what we wanted, gave us one price that was so much more in line with what we had researched, arrived on time, and had us back in the hot water business quickly, a huge relief after days of haggling with other companies. They will be our absolute go-to in the future. Thank you to everyone we connected with there!

Now Plumbing was prompt, on time and extremely professional. They came in on a Saturday and rebuilt our fireplace that day. They had everything they needed on their truck.
