I love the customer service and the ability to schedule a time for the work to be done. The scheduling is easy to use and the work is done on time. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Appointment scheduled for Wednesday with Dan, a plumber for Donley. He came and installed 3 new outdoor hose bibs and a backflow valve. He also said he could remove an RO system under the kitchen sink. Work was completed. Very nice guy. Thursday evening, we realized that we had a huge leak outside with one of the pipes he installed. They sent him back on Friday where he repaired the leak. Only problem was that after he left and we got ready to take showers, we had no water pressure. Scheduled again for Saturday morning but they called saying it would be very late before they could get to us even though we were scheduled for early in the day. My landscaper was at my house at the time and said they had not turned the water back on completely. Thanks a lot, Dan! Then we realized later that same day, that our ice maker wasn't making ice and had no water in it. Called back and they set the appointment for Monday. Ricardo came and the ice maker had been disconnected by Dan. Thanks a lot, again, Dan. Ricardo hooked it back up and promised we would be good. An hour later, we have water running out from under the freezer plus our garbage disposal no longer works. Called back and asked for a manager to call. Instead, a customer service rep called. Not what we asked for. The CSR didn’t have a manager call us either but instead had Ricardo, the plumber call me back. Ricardo says that it must be a problem with the ice maker. Okay, we just moved into this house a month ago and had the ice maker completely replaced with a brand new one from Sub Zero and it worked fine until Dan unhooked it without telling us and Ricardo hooked it back up. He also had no explanation for what could now be wrong with the garbage disposal. I spent $9K for a new HVAC unit with Donley just 3 weeks ago. No issues with the HVAC side of the business at all. I spent $2K with them for these plumbing issues. They have been here 4 times in a week fixing problems they caused. Finally, a manager did call. Nice guy who made no attempt to defend what he called his company’s incompetence. Listened patiently as I explained the whole issue. He promised to have a new plumber and the plumbing supervisor out the next morning and assured me it would be fixed. The plumber and the supervisor were at my house at 8AM the next morning. They hooked my garbage disposal back up and seemed very proud of themselves. (Don’t be too proud, you should have made sure it worked when you left the day before.) They then went on to explain to me that the leak (that did not exist at all prior to their work) is not a plumbing leak but a refrigerator problem. What a coincidence! No problem before they got here and now there’s a problem and they blame Sub Zero. I asked the supervisor, Steve, if he was proud of the work they did at my house. He said that he was not. I asked him if anyone was ever going to apologize for being at my house 4 times in less than a week to fix problems they caused. He wouldn’t answer. I asked him if he was going to say, “I’m sorry that you’ve had a problem.” Nope. Wouldn’t do it. I live by the principle of personal responsibility. Donley made several mistakes, refused to admit it, took 4 trips to try to fix issues they were responsible for. The supervisor did finally offer to pay for the service call for Sub Zero to come out and look at the leak under the freezer - the one that wasn't there until Donley mistakenly unhooked my ice maker. Big deal. To be clear: I have nothing but good things to say about the air conditioning side of Donley. And I have nothing good to say about anyone working on the plumbing side of Donley. Btw, this is the first bad review I have ever left for anyone I've done business with. . And I wouldn't have left this one either, regardless of the bad service, if the supervisor had taken responsibility and apologized for what we went through. A simple apology can make all the difference.

I recently purchased my first home. Needless to say me and my boyfriend are pretty clueless when it comes to maintenance so we purchased a home warranty plan. A few days ago our AC goes out (just as soon as we are starting to hit triple digits) so I put in a service call. First they referred me to some company where I left multiple messages for 24hrs and never spoke to anyone. I call my home warranty service back the next day to complain and they refer me to A Better PlaceLLC. I received a call from Scott (the owner) saying he would be out that day and he was at my home a few hours later. He's professional, confident, has a sincere friendly quality, knows what he's talking about and keeps it real. He's also friendly with pets :), my lil 4yr old french bulldog Bella was having the best time trying to distract him in anyway she could. After finding the issue with the AC he made a call in my favor to the warranty company that helped ensure that they cover the replacement part right away. He had the part readily available, and AC was back that night. From now on when I call my home warranty service I will only request A Better Place and should be TOP on the list. I also hired Scott to clean the coils of the air handler to help maintain the unit and have it working efficiently for the rest of the summer. He squeezed it into his schedule and returned the same week. This maintenance service is not covered by home warranty plans. The quote he gave me was the MOST REASONABLE PRICE OUT THERE, and you couldn't ask for any better service. A Better Place is truly the BEST PLACE. I highly recommend you CALL THEM FIRST. Used Phoenix Plumbing & Drain for the second time. Wanted to get my outside hose bibs replaced, which were probably 20 years old. Checked around and Phoenix Plumbing & Drain was about one-third the cost of other companies. The owner, Joe, actually came and did the job himself. He removed the old soldered-on bibs and replaced with threaded bibs so I can change them myself in the future. He also attached anti-siphon valves, something I wouldn't have thought of. Both experiences using them were awesome and so glad there's an honest plumbing company I can call on whenever needs arise. Absolutely the best and highly recommend!

Our kitchen drain was clogged up so looked for a local plumber with good reviews. Found them through Google and gave them a call. Joe and Mike came over within 30 minutes and cleared out the drain. I'm picky about service and both seemed honest and real nice guys. Will definitely use them again if I have plumbing issues and would recommend them without hesitation.

Was referred by a friend to this company. Made an appointment for Friday, August 14th at noon. Dennis, the owner, did a no show. When I called his sec'y told me I was mistake and that the appointment was for noon on August 21st. I bit the bullet and gave them another chance. When Dennis had not shown up at 12:05, I called the office and was told he was running 30-45 minutes late. There is no excuse for not having received a phone call to let me know he was running late. I called my friend that recommended this company & told him the story. He will never recommend Qualtire again! I am a business owner and would never treat my customers in this fashion! 1 Star is a stretch...

This is the 2nd time I have called and had Amigo Rooter and Plumbing come to my house to fix something. Both times they have been polite, knowledgeable and professional. They investigate what the problem is and explain what needs to be done. Their price for service is reasonable. You get what you pay for. Professionals are worth it. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

Billy was our technician and he did a great job! Our a/c stopped blowing cold air and we called late evening and ACE sent Billy by late morning and we were so happy. Billy diagnosed the problem quicky, explained the costs, and had our air on within an hour. He also explained ACE's available service contracts in language that we could understand. We would recommend ACE for any air conditioning work you need done!

Mountain Ridge Plumbing Services has staff that are professional AND kind. They immediately responded to our request for the installation of a new water tank and gave us a quote significantly less than another company. Once we agreed, they scheduled a technician to come out the next day. We were regularly notified when to expect him, and quite frankly, this technician who brought and installed the new tank was probably the most thorough and respectful plumbing technician we've ever had (we've lived in our same home for decades.) The contrast in the experiences we had with other companies before we contracted with Mountain Ridge was night and day. The others were late, quoted us sky high prices (I guess that's expected these days?), and still tried to upsell us. Mountain Ridge asked us what we wanted, gave us one price that was so much more in line with what we had researched, arrived on time, and had us back in the hot water business quickly, a huge relief after days of haggling with other companies. They will be our absolute go-to in the future. Thank you to everyone we connected with there!

The techs that came out were awesome friendly and did good work, however the cost was way over priced for 30 min work. Two other companies quoted me $175 to unclog a drain and I paid $289

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

After a big error done by our home builder's construction team drilling an enormous oversized hole for our reverse osmosis system into our new kitchen's counter, nobody was able to help me finding an extra large faucet that could be installed for our RO system. Then I called Nick and he started searching immediately for a solution and was able to find a manufacturer that sells custom faucets within a short time. Nick's great effort and professionalism finding me the perfect faucet deserves ten stars! Immensely grateful that this error was corrected thanks to Nick's dedication and professionalism.

Someone needs to get this guy an admin or something. If your home warranty company sends Centurion your way, shut the door and ask for someone else. Call after call went straight to voicemail for almost a week, but we could not leave a message because the mailbox was full. We sat without hot water the whole time because this guy couldn't figure out how to send the required form to the warranty company. He only answered after we called from a number we had not used before, which confirmed for me that he had been actively ignoring our calls. He stumbled over half a dozen excuses when he finally answered.

We replaced the water heater ourselves using a different company.

Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.

Top notch professional.
