Had these guys install a pressure valve on my home and they were great. They came out and gave me an estimate and showed up the next day to do the job. Very nice guys, very professional. They gave me a quick crash course on the valve. I needed some help with it weeks after it was installed so I called in and spoke with Nate. He was beyond helpful and even gave me his cell number in case I had questions. They are my new go to guys if I need a plumber.

Customer service was good and they were friendly, but over priced and shady sales tactics will keep me from ever using them again.

First off let me say Water Heaters Only installed our water heater 22 years ago to another owner. There card was still on the unit, so I called. I was transferred to the Phoenix office and they wanted to send out a Technician the next day. I explained we weren't in peril but didn't want to temp fate. I was scheduled for Monday morning 2/8/16 between 8-12 for a free quote. Don called around 8:10 and said he'd be there within 20 minutes. After the quote we agreed to the price he said he could start right then. Much to our surprise we had a new gas water heater installed by a professional technician with in a few hours. Don cleaned up, took the old unit out and also gave us some needed advise on another plumbing problem we have had. Good advise! I would recommend this company to my neighbors with a very high rating. When our counter that they had made and installed developed a crack in it, they said it was because a crockpot we had used was excessive heat, so they wouldn't repair it. This was a standard crockpot, not a charcoal grill. Even when talking to one of the installers about the situation being a little ridiculous after all money the kitchen cost, he agreed. But of course there was nothing that could be done about it.
