I was referred to Peace of Mind Plumbing through a friend. I am selling a home and needed some plumbing repairs by a licensed plumber. I called Joe and he was able to get out to the house the following day. I gave him the list of repairs and he took care of everything. What I liked is that he kept in constant communication with me during the day. He gave his diagnosis and estimate of cost. He completed all the work in one day. He even found a couple of other issues that he troubleshooted. Sent me a complete detailed invoice the same day. Joe is a true professional and I would recommend him and I will use him again if needed.

I had my water heater finally go out after 5 years of being in the house (The water heater was 14 years old so I was not that upset about it). I received Donley as a recommendation and submitted a form on Sunday via their website, received a call from Simone about an hour or two later to get additional information on the water heater I had, the space we would be installing it, schedule my appointment and received email confirmation of the appointment all at the same time. The next morning I received a call and a follow-up text from my assigned technician, Travis M. We were able to confirm my replacement heater and he arrived during the designated time I was originally provided and removed and hooked up my new heater with ease. I have had some service work done in my short time in AZ but this was by far the best customer service I have received from beginning to end. Travis walked me through everything he was doing, answered all of my random questions and we just shared stories while he worked. I would recommend this company for sure and if you happen to live in Pinal County, I would recommend Travis any day of the week. Thank you again for the quick turnaround and amazing service.

Robert repaired 4 things at different times: replaced outdoor spigot after I broke it. This was a rush job since the water was turned off. ; replaced toilet ring after the seal broke and helped clean up the leak mess; replaced copper piping and fixed valve for the swamp cooler; and repaired/replaced old lead pipe drain from bath upstairs. All of the repairs were done as quickly as possible and professionally. He is also a nice guy, polite, professional and will go above and beyond to get your plumbing back to working order. I will definitely use his services again and recommend Quick Fix to anyone .

Plumber performed an excellent job analysing and identifying the plumbing problem we were experiencing and then performing quality, meticulous work to resolve it. He was timely, courteous, informative, and diligent in his investigation of what turned out to be a strange problem caused by some work done by a prior homeowner. We received a consultation and quotation from him as well, but we preferred the procedure and strategy. We'll definitely contact him if we have any future plumbing issues.

When our counter that they had made and installed developed a crack in it, they said it was because a crockpot we had used was excessive heat, so they wouldn't repair it. This was a standard crockpot, not a charcoal grill. Even when talking to one of the installers about the situation being a little ridiculous after all money the kitchen cost, he agreed. But of course there was nothing that could be done about it.

Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

I had a new counter-top installed, and needed a plumber to re-install the faucet and drain. I called around, and Day & Night said they could come the next day, so I hired them. They told me there was a charge, I believe it was $59, to come out, but if they did the work it would be applied to my invoice. I did verify that I was getting service during regular hours, no extra charges for anything.The company called and let me know the plumber assigned to me was on a big job, and he would be arriving at the back end of the promised window. Later the plumber, Troy, called to tell me he was about an hour and a half out. All this was fine. Then about 15 minutes later Troy called back to say he was on his way. He arrived in 25 minutes. Troy's workorder was inaccurate. He thought he was installing the sink as well. He went to his truck and came back with a book, to give me an estimate. he showed me where his book said to install a customer supplied faucet and drain would cost me $384, and take about an hour. I expressed my distaste for the pricing model, but I needed my sink, so I told him to do the work. Slightly less than an hour later, he was done and on his way to the next job.My only complaint is with the pricing, $384 an hour is a bit on the steep side. However, it is done, and my kids can once again brush their teeth in their own bathroom.

They were the best and most courteous plumbing service I ever used in over 40 years in Arizona
