My downstairs bathroom sink required a completely new piping. When something valuable dropped down the drain, my boyfriend disassembled it but was unable to reassemble it. The entire structure was deteriorating and ancient. I dialled his number ( the very 1st plumber I found and read reviews about). I had a 9-11am appointment, but they arrived BEFORE the allotted time, which was fantastic. The components arrived quickly and were installed the same day! Very courteous, and considerate of my house. Wearing masks and protective footwear! The pricing was also reasonable. I would highly suggest them and would absolutely use them again if I need another plumbing work.

I came across these guys via Lowe's. They provide one of four quotes I requested for a new AC unit to replace my 30-year old model that came with my home.This was the only company that was completely professional from beginning to end. They scheduled an appointment (yeah, one company just showed up on a Friday morning and lied to my wife to get in my home). They gave me a competitive quote (the other 3 companies were $1500-$2000 higher for the same model). They acted like they wanted my business by responding to emails (one company took a week to get back to me).And beyond accepting their offer, the installers were professional, friendly, and pleasant. The quotes for additional work were accurate and there were no shenanigans (I made a couple of changes after the initial acceptance). The follow-up appointment was thorough, they answered a couple of additional questions, and it was just a generally nice visit.This company has been around over 30 years. They rank high with customer reviews. They've partnered with a national chain for recognition (Lowes). You can't go wrong with these guys. At least get a quote if you're in the market for purchase or service. Tell them I sent you and I'll take you to lunch when I get the gift card for a referral! :)All-in-all, Day & Night is a great company. You'll be very happy with them.

My wife and I have been using Scott for over 4 years, since we moved back to Ahwatukee. We had two old AC units that we needed to have serviced. I was really impressed with Scott's approach. He checked each unit and gave us several options. He explained how he could cheaply repair them to keep them working, or he could replace one or both units. Every time we call Scott for work, he tried to help us understand the issue, and he always tells us how he can do the job in the most cost effective way. I have never felt like he has tried to pressure us into expensive, unnecessary work. This year we finally had Scott replace both units. In the process he found work that was done incorrectly by the builders. He came back multiple times to make sure his work was completed to 100%, and to fix the problems caused by others. There is no one else we would trust to do our Plumbing or AC work.
