Trust worthy and reasonable

Had to close the shut off valve of my home's main water supply to do a small DIY plumbing repair. Unfortunately, it went belly up when I went to open it back up, leaving me with no water. Luckily, I had saved Tutko Plumbing in my contacts years ago after being happy with their service. AJ was quick to rearrange their afternoon schedule so I wouldn't have to go another night without water. He was courteous, communicative, and made quick work of replacing the old valve with a more reliable ball valve and swapping out my old crusty hose bib, too. I've had Charity Plumbing out to my house for three different issues and each time they exceed my expectations. They have replaced a toilet for a bathroom upgrade, handled an emergency leak, and fixed an issue created by roofers. They arrived quickly, worked efficiently, got the problem fixed, cleaned up the area, and were priced reasonably. I refer them to all of my friends and family!

Generally, they are really good folks. Issue I had is it took them 2 tries to fix my main water line and couldn't come back until a few days later for the rework, so giving them 4 stars instead of 5.

The company was great at scheduling to get my water heater installed ASAP. The two plumbers who installed my water heater were very professional and kept me informed of every step.
