Rinalido G and Jesse B were the best. I had a contractor tell me that I would have to redo my entire plumbing after a water leak costing a large sum to replace all the plumbing in my home. However, I called George Brazil and Rinaldio and Jesse came out and advised that my main pipe was not collapsed. Rather it needed a really good cleaning and power wash. It worked. This company and these two individuals were very honest with us and their work saved us $$ in unnecessary renovations to my home. This visit was a follow up to a complete system replacement. They checked everything over very thoroughly, more than I would have expected. Installed a Rinnai Tankless for over $1000 cheaper than quoted from a highly ranked plumber. Lennard and crew did a high quality job in a timely manner. Team took time to explain the various steps even to the point of explaining how the condensate drain worked and why the exhaust needed to be PVC instead of metal.

Mike arrived on time and immediately confirmed we had a bad water regulator. He replaced the bad one with another (better) brand which we hope will last a lot longer than the Apollo that came with the house. We have better water pressure now than we have ever had since being in our home 6.5 yrs. I also asked his opinion on why no water coming out of one of our guest bathroom spigots; he took a quick look and indicated why no water was coming through, afterwards my husband and I were able to fix the problem thanks to Mike’s expertise. Travis and his crew are great. They have replaced an outside hose bib, water heater and fixed a couple of water hookups under my kitchen sink. Both on short notice and for reasonable prices, quality of work is high and comparable to more expensive plumbers. I called three and went with Moon Valley - they just came across as plumbers, not salesmen.
