These guys are incredible and honest! We use their service for many of our projects and they are always on time, communicate well and fair in their pricing. If they get to a job and find that a repair is unnecessary, they always call and let us know. Everyone needs to work with this company!

I initially called to have what I thought was a leak under my floorboard/carpet looked at and fixed. Upon arrival, Brad inspected the leak and soon realized it was an AC problem and had nothing to do with the piping. Instead of just leaving, charging me a trip charge and informing me to call an AC company, he mentioned that it would be wise to think about a maintenance plan. I agreed and thank goodness he was able to inspect my water heater because we were literally only days away from a potential problem.. that’s how bad it was. Although I was not expecting to incur such a large investment, he talked me through the process and I really felt like he had my best interest in mind the ENTIRE time. Not only do I love this company and will use them again, but it felt really good to know that Brad was genuine in his approach from start to finish.

After having a wonderful experience the first time around, I called and spoke with Tawni about another plumbing service. She provided wonderful customer service and wanted to ensure all of my questions were answered. Today we had Second Opinion Plumbing replace our standard water heater with a tankless water heater. Kyle called before arriving, walked me through the process and completed the install thoroughly. They did a great job with our new system and vacuumed/swept up the debris from the install.

Discount Rooter is the greatest. Steve showed up on time and did a great job solving a simple plumbing issue. The price was reasonable and he was very polite, fast and efficient in solving the stopped drain problem. A great plumber and a nice person. I will call Discount Rooter again any time I need a drain clean service.

While they are very nice people i felt i was way overpriced, while supplying everything except a 6 inch piece of copper i was charged approx. $300. hr. for labor which was more than double the estimates i had received from 2 other highly rated plumbing companies. In short i felt Gouged will not use again.

Paul at American Discount Plumbing is very knowledgeable and reliable. He came out to our house right away to check out our hot water heater that was leaking. He quoted us a great price (compared to another large plumbing company) on both the parts and installation for a tankless water heater and also a whole house water treatment system. He was very pleasant to work with and always showed up or called when he said he would and was careful to make sure the job was done right. We ended up having him also replace a 2nd water heater in our RV garage as a preventative measure. The tank would not flush as there was too much sediment build up from not flushing on a yearly basis. My mom also had her hot water heater replaced by Paul and he installed and plumbed her BBQ island sink. She was very pleased with his work also. We definitely recommend Paul and American Discount Plumbing.

I appreciate the fact that after over a month. Steven came to the house and ran a camera down and recorded all the work done so he could show us. He apologized for the amount of time I’ it finally took to repair the work. I hope to never have to call for repairs for awhile. Thank you for making it right Steven.

Exceptional service from Charity Plumbing! My 24 year old water heater was long overdue for replacement and an accident waiting to happen. We called Walker Plumbing based an a recommendation from a coworker. We had other estimates, but what made us choose Walker was responsiveness to our request for an estimate, our technician Jodi was on time for the quote, and it was a better price then the others. The work was able to be scheduled quickly. Jodi was on time for the work, and a bit early, which we were grateful for. He was professional, kind, and communicated with us throughout the whole process. We will definitely use Walker Plumbing in the future!

Installed a Rinnai Tankless for over $1000 cheaper than quoted from a highly ranked plumber. Lennard and crew did a high quality job in a timely manner. Team took time to explain the various steps even to the point of explaining how the condensate drain worked and why the exhaust needed to be PVC instead of metal.

Company extremely professional and not pushy, but insistant on doing what is needed to solve the problems. Thus protecting the home for the future. Installer, Eric, was absolutely top notch in ability to diagnose and creatively solve the problem. Total cost was a lot more than I planned, but quality of work the best. By the way, the free sunglasses were top quality l, too.

Good business is hard to come by these days unfortunately. Pete and Roy were very straightforward and trustworthy. He took his time to explain everything including when we encountered additional problems. He showed up on short notice and fixed my leak and gave advice to address with insurance and also some preventative maintenance. I will definitely work with him again in the future. Problems are never fun especially from inconvenience and costs, however, its businesses like this that soften the blow. Highly recommended.
