Vincent and Sabastian came out to install our cabinets and they were so polite, respectful and true perfectionists. They worked so hard and answered every question and concern. We cannot find even one small complaint with the install...it is perfect.

I did not feel like I was a priority since my kitchen was small. It was my fear about going to a cabinet store. After the kitchen was measured and a quote was submitted I was ready to pay after a small change. My kitchen had been stripped down when measured so they knew I needed to get work done asap. Communication was done by email. I responded quickly but cabinets by design were slow in responding. I felt like they only wanted to work with the wealthy not a middle class person.

Doug Parry provided excellent service and scheduling. He was on top of every aspect of our Kitchen remodel from the Granite, to the Tile Backsplash. He was engaged and made the whole project go smoothly. So much, that he and Superior Stone are now schedule to do the Master Bathroom remodel and the Master Bathroom in our Addition. Overall a great experience, with great project management and support. Thank you Doug and look forward to working with you further.

Job well done. Quote was done same day. Was more affordable than the other two places I received quotes from. Work was well worth the time. It took a little while to complete but the savings and finish job was well worth it.

We were so excited to order our new cabinets but it turned into a nightmare upon installation. The installation person was in such a hurry he split the finish on 21 cabinet doors, uneven doors, unfinished edging, etc. When we contacted the company owner he got mad and told us not to bother him. After a lot of dialogue the owner did send someone to fix things but the owner continued to have such an attitude we decided to cut our losses and hire a skilled professional to finish up. We definitely would not recommend this company to anybody.

We shopped around for different cabinet builders and decided to go with New Age Cabinet Coatings for our custom media center built in due to their reasonable price and good reviews. We were not disappointed! Victor, Jonathan and Luis were so professional and friendly. They really delivered on everything we asked for. They paid attention to every last detail and the final product exceeded our expectations! The craftsmanship is unbelievable. They used high quality materials and paint. They didn't leave any construction debris after they were done and overall it was a great experience working with them. We are so happy with the way it turned out and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking to get quality work done. The warranty they offer is the icing on the cake. We've been contracting in Arizona for almost 20 years. Specifically, working in the kitchen and bath market for the past ten. A few years back we were dealers for 3 cabinetry lines in the Phoenix area. After too much hassle with the other guys, we decided to look into this operation. Within a few months, we exclusively dealt with the folks at New Cabinet Company. The line they distribute, J&K, is second to none in the modular cabinetry space - in terms of quality wood materials and hardware. We sell dozens of projects a year using their product and have not once had an unsatisfactory experience. The sales team is on point, the warehouse crew runs like a clock and the management from top down is accommodating and professional. The only cabinet company I would recommend.

The bottom line - Valleywise is the company for your kitchen cabinets and counter tops. We are elated with the results of our kitchen remodel!

We purchased and moved into our home in early 2022 and knew at some point we would remodel the kitchen. The project surfaced to the top of our to do list early in December 2022. We made a list of 3 contractors we would seek estimates from; first up was Valleywise Cabinets & Countertops.
One of the owners, Lucas, personally came to meet with us and discuss our vision for the new kitchen. Lucas quickly understood and offered suggestions which greatly improved the layout and functionality of our kitchen. When we received the estimate for the project we made the decision to move forward with Valleywise and not get additional bids.
Our gut feeling about the company and foregoing additional bids was the correct decision. We then decided to expand the project and replace the vanities and cabinets in both guest bath and master bath. We then met the other owner, Daniel, at the company’s manufacturing location and he walked us through the process. We were able to observe counter tops for another job in the in the process of completion.

1) Design - Prior to finalizing the layout, including the number of cabinets and drawers, the company’s designer came to our home and in a few days we were able to access the computer generated design showing the design for our new kitchen.
2) Quality - all cabinets and drawers are “soft close” and very sturdy. The counter tops are amazing and the lines are “clean
Workmanship - the demolition and installation was almost seamless and everything went according to plan. The only “hiccup” in the process was the design for the new coffee bar had to be changed as the original size of the bottom drawers was not available. As it turned out it was for the better as the drawers are wider and a 3 tier spice rack was added at no additional cost.
3) Price - very fair.
4) Crew - one cannot say enough good things about the company’s employees. They are friendly, possess a true desire to please the customer and their work is meticulous.

As a long time residential home builder and remodel contractor Authentic is the best I have seen and used. Eric is top notch as a cabinet professional from your first visit to the completion of the job. I have never seen so much knowledge from design to the construction of his and his competitors products. These are top quality cabinets from the materials used in the boxes all the way to the hardware. No particle board here and cheap construction here.
