I'm very happy with Economy Pluming. They came right out and took care of two clogged sinks. Great service, priced and very reasonably priced.

The technician was very friendly & explained very clearly what the cause of the problem was with the leak under my sink. He completed the repair in a short amount of time and cleaned up afterwards.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I will not hesitate to use and recommend Joseph's Affordable Plumbing in the future.

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

Tuan is responsive, and very honest ..he is most helpful when explaining the work and punctual. Definitely went above and beyond , truly.glad to have found someone who can be available and knowledgeable. Do not like to refer people, but will definitely refer him as well as seek his services in the future.

Splash responded on a Sunday evening. I called a dozen plumbers when my water heater failed, Splash was the only one who said they would be right there. John showed up an hour with a new water heater an hour after that i had hot water my basement was clean and the job was done

Chris executed most of a job and was paid, but has not completed the work. He no-showed a confirmed appointment, and hasn't returned my calls or emails. Extremely unprofessional and now I'll need to pay another HVAC tech for the job I already paid Veteran for. I suggest you find someone else who will not take your money and run leaving you without cooling as soon as the temp hits 90 degrees!

Take it from me the plumbing boys have really changed my life. Give them a try, you will not be sorry..

Josh was very professional and did everything he could to unclog my sewage line. It turned out that the Township’s main sewer line was clogged and Josh cleared it for them. I would highly recommend this company.

They even called me the next day to be sure that everything was working just fine because I live alone and don’t have any help. Gaceta plumbing did complete plumbing work on new home. They installed all waterlines and sewer lines. They installed all new plumbing fixtures. The crew was very professional. Will definitely use them again.

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

This guys doesn’t show up when promised. When I tried calling him he ghosted me . I would highly recommend another company. I do construction management business always looking to hire professionals and this is not one of them .

I would not recommend them to anyone! Makes up prices as they go and have no respect customers. I would definitely not recommend Emilio Melendez to do work in anyones house! EVER Absolutely ignorant.
