They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

City Plumbing did a great job with replacing my sewer line (including the lateral) due to it being broken in two spots, and causing water to back up into the basement. It only took about a week from their initial inspection until they could secure the permits and start the work. They had a decent sized crew (maybe 5-6 members?) and finished the job in one day.We had some crazy rain storms come in the day afterwards (a Saturday), which caused all of that dirt which was removed and replaced to compact down, and caused a bit of a rut in the street. I was surprised and impressed that they got a two man crew out within maybe an hour or so, to quick fill up the hole with *a lot* of extra stone, just in case it continued to rain.City Plumbing then passed on the concrete work to another company (whose name I didn't write down), but, their work was just as professional. City Plumbing even had one of my neighbor's sidewalk blocks replaced because of a crack that occurred during the sewer line replacement.I am highly impressed with how City Plumbing operates and how reasonable their pricing was (compared to another larger, national company who quoted me at nearly twice the price), and would recommend them to anyone who is in need!

Tony arrived early to respond to an emergency order we out in at my place of business. He asked to use our service entrance so he did not have to bring equipment through the store and main kitchen- very professional. He also was able to make an additional repair with out me placing another service request. Our commercial dishwasher disconnected from the floor drain and was out of commission on a busy Saturday, he found the issue- corrected it and even went as far as to do some preventative work to ensure it doesn’t cripple our business again. Highly recommend.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I will not hesitate to use and recommend Joseph's Affordable Plumbing in the future.

Billy came out to give me an estimate the same day I called. He was fair and beat my other quotes. We were able to quickly get on the schedule for repair to our pipes on the curb. Trevor and Jim came to do the repair. They were very professional and really nice - easily the best contractors I have worked with and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for help with piping issues.

I've used Veterans several times now for different issues. My most recent experience was a leak in my basement. The earliest appointment open was a week later, and Chris found a way to get me in the next morning. Chris is awesome! He's very knowledgeable, friendly, and has always been honest with me. Great service

I WISH that we'd had a 5 star experience with this plumber. We paid for a new radiator, and he brought one that looks like it came from a demo in an old Victorian house. Jared, the plumber, brought a helper, Bill, and then left the job for 5 hours while Bill worked here. When Jared returned and hooked up the used radiator, he forgot to close a valve and flooded the bathroom below. His response? My bad.We are now a week in and have a leak from one of the pipes he installed.This has been a HORRIBLE experience.
