Today is December 23rd, 2022 …. The day before Christmas Eve. We have 4 kids … I woke up to our hot water heater busted and leaking everywhere. Called this company and I’m so thankful they had time to get us taken care of !Zack came out within 2 hours of me calling and took care of everything !The whole thing had to be replaced and he took care of it without a problem the day before Christmas Eve. ???He assured us that the old machine lasted longer than most do and it would be a quick fix. We appreciate him so much !!!!Thank you for saving us out of what we thought would be a huge problem.

I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

I was having an issue with my heat. Edward Hugest & Sons Plumbing was highly recommended by a friend. I called up and got an appointment right away. They came over and found the problem. The repair was reasonable and my heat was up and working the same day as the visit. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good reputable company. There are a lot of crooks out there and you must be careful.

Tyler did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem in my drainage system, and he and Sean repaired the problem withn a day or two. It was a major job, taking around 6 hours. Everything was very clearly explained to me in a comfortable professional manner. Initially this company was my second opinion and I am so very glad I called them because I ended up spending significantly less money than another company had quoted me. But even more important was that the other company was clearly incorrect in the problem and solution they had proposed. I most definitely will continue to use the services of Mr. Rooter in Glenside, and very highly recommend them.
