Fast service, great plumber! The plumber James put a stop my running toilet and leaking tub faucet. These issues caused me to have a large water bill every month. It took him less than 20 minutes to find the problemand less than 3 hours to fix. I would recommend everyone use Roto-Rooter for any plumbing needs. Low prices are always a plus!!

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Definitely would recommend this plumber.Had an issue where my main sewer line was clogged and caused sum sewage water to come in my garage.Called Tuan at 10AM and he was out to my house by 12pm the same day. He immediately diagnosed the problem and told me what needed to be done to fix the problem.He was done in a half hour.Very affordable!

I had a sewage overflow in the basement. Cracked pipe as well. The cast iron pipe ??‍♀️. Fix it in a timely manner. Even mopped the floors when they were done !

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

The folks at Gaceta were great from start to finish!I had requested a quote through Google and Ronnie from their office called within an hour to confirm some details before providing an accurate and affordable quote that was $700 less than the other plumber I had talked to.They scheduled the install the next morning, and Dave showed up on time, kept me updated, and was courteous and professional.Definitely recommend and will be reaching out to them for any of my future plumbing needs!

American Drainz was very efficient and offered a reasonable rate, they explained what exactly was the concern, provided cost of materials and reasonable labor. Once the job was complete the clean up was also done which is important with commercial and residential jobs. Officially my 1st call for any & all plumbing concerns.

I had A1 (Brandon) replace 3 toilets and install an expansion tank on my hot water heater. I couldn't be happier with the work. I will use A1 for any future jobs.

We have used Glenside Mr Rooter twice now. They are very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable.I appreciate how they explain what they are fixing and why. Prices are reasonable and they have also suggested low or no-cost alternative solutions to issues.

Could not be happier. I did not know what to expect hiring a plumber. Reviews are not always reliable. Bob did the work. The best part of the deal, Bob seemed trustworthy. He gave me honest answers, explained what was involved, and what the cost would be. I needed a kitchen sink faucet replaced and a shut off valve installed in the basement. Both jobs were completed perfectly. He was proficient and friendly. Did I mention trustworthy? How important is that! I found a plumber.
