Great experience. Had an issue Sunday morning. Most plumbers aren’t available or charge outrageous prices to come out to see the problem.Tony from IFixdit was extremely courteous and maintained an open line of communication on when he would be arriving. Once he arrived he assessed the problem, explained the situation and had it fixed in no time at all. We have found our new goto plumber.

Dealing with Economy Drain Cleaning and Plumbing was so easy, especially during a very stressful situation. They came out on a Sunday, 20 minutes after I called to tell them that my basement was flooded. After some diagnostics, they found the problem and offered me a couple options. Today, Economy dug up my pavement and replaced my sewage pipes. Started at 8:30am and were done before 2pm. Everything is working great! Travas was available before, during, and after for questions.Thank you for the quick, efficient service.

Called Aqua due to a leak under the kitchen sink. Plumber arrived on time, was very polite, knowledgeable and he explained everything that he was going to do and why. He showed the pieces that he replaced. He put my wife and I at ease. Cost of the repairs was the average for this area and received a senior's 10 percent discount. I was told this is a reputable company. Nowadays it seems, as with all other companies, it has gone down the drain. No one cares any more about doing their job right and leaving a customer satisfied. A company who takes pride in their work and who wants someone to come back to their business over and over again because their work is just that good. You do not get that with this company. Due to the inadequacies with the first visit, a second visit was required to come and finish the job. The prices are ridiculous, the workload, later in day, is rigged just to get out the door and call it a day. They even walk away with your plunger! Never again, lesson learned. 8/7: Update to my initial review. I just used for the first time the new water valve they replaced in the backyard where my hose is connected. The water pours directly out from the wall, great job guys! Maybe you should be less concerned about the reviews for your company and more concerned about the quality of your work. You heard right, they made a special trip to our home, after my initial review, to question my elderly Mother about my review. Another thing I need to replace after this company did the initial job!

American Drainz was very efficient and offered a reasonable rate, they explained what exactly was the concern, provided cost of materials and reasonable labor. Once the job was complete the clean up was also done which is important with commercial and residential jobs. Officially my 1st call for any & all plumbing concerns.

Alex came out to assist on a clog drain I've been dealing with. The job was not easy, but he got it done. Was also professional enough to clean up after he was done which was more than I was expecting. Would definitely recommend.

Charlie and his helper came for a second opinion after our 1st plumber hired didn't even come inside and rushed to judgement. Charlie took his time to fully diagnose the issue, testing all 3 bathrooms and two stacks, to find the exact issue AND a satisfactory resolution. Very satisfied. Will absolutely hire again.

I was desperate to get this done before today's heavy rain storm because the water and sewage would back up into my basement and and I would have been cleaning all weeknd instead of barbecuing. The lady's in the office that answer the phones are unprofessional and disrespectful when you try to help them with there jobs by contacting other company like peco but other then that the guys that work for this company are very nice and have respect for the customers when they come out.
