I found Tony via a Google search and was amazed by his reviews; they all seemed a genuine. I called left a voice mail and he called me back in less then 30 minutes. He came last week to fix a leak in my basement sink. He was on time, came in with a mask, and foot booties/ covers. We went over the repairs and tested the fix, paid by credit card.I would like to say again, his service was professional and he was gentleman. I will use again and recommend.

I called Drains R Us because my washing machine in the basement was backing up. Also, the sink on my 2nd and 3rd floor was making sounds.The first thing they did upon arrival was ask me Covid 19 related safety questions, take their temperatures, and ask if they could take mine. They had masks on, put on gloves before they came in.They provided a quality service and explained what the issue was. They were extremely honest and trustworthy. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Came home from a week away to smell water, and it turn into a multi day project with insurance and calling local plumber by plumber by plumber almost begging for someone to respond. 3 days in of still no response, found Szollose online at 5pm on a Wednesday, they called back immediately, and we'll be there 8:30 tomorrow morning. On the dot, perfect. Helpful, great to deal with, tracked down a different leak we didn't know was happening, and ended up having them fix (3) different projects while here. Terrible! Did not show up first day, even after several telephone calls. Second day could not give time window when coming. Forced to Call another company.
