They weren't able to locate any leaks in my property however they did tell me that they could hear water coming from somewhere that was very informative for me and I really appreciate it let them know also that further water department came out and said that the leak is underground next door we'll keep in touch and find out what they want to do

What a rare treat: a fully honest and forthcoming plumbing & heating contractor who actually managed to convince me that spending on a new high-efficiency hydronic boiler (to replace an inoperable 35+ yr. old Weil-McLain) would be a waste. Their tech arrived promptly and, rather than up-sell us (as other contractors had), he quietly replaced a few parts to service and repair the existing unit. He had the system back up and running perfectly after a mere .5 hr. Nice, pleasant and informative experience that saved us thousands, so we are immensely pleased with the quality of service from Thompson Plumbing and Heating.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). We had to have a part of our sewer line replaced and they came out the next day to check out what was going on, and within a couple weeks the job was done! Very fast, reliable and knowledgeable!! MTD Drains are great! I called mid morning and they came out right away. I cannot tell enough how much I appreciate that! Unfortunately, I have a pretty big messy issue with the drain but these guys worked so hard to fix the problem. They are friendly and courteous. Just real good neighborhood guys. Very knowledgeable! The service was prompt, professional and friendly. The work done was through and all the filters and other needed maintenance items were available and all needed maintenance completed on the first visit in a timely manner.A problem with the humidifier that the former service company was not able to fix was fixed on this visit. I had him install a water meter coupling for me and it was the incorrect size so I could not get my water meter put on. I called him back multiple times to inform him of his error but of course he went MIA. Luckily I was able to get a MASTER PLUMBER, which I highly doubt he is, to come fix it. I waited about two months to call him back and he answered. I guess he forgot my number. When he did I answer I told him of his error and how he could improve his business practices. Of course he offered to come by and fix it but literally two months after blowing me constantly off. If I would have waited for him I would have never got my water meter issue situated. Seems like this guy like the fast buck and that’s all. I would tell anyone to find another plumber because this guy just doesn’t cut it. ALSO A MASTER PLUMBER AT THAT!This is in response to your post. Prior to posting this review we spoke on the phone and you admitted that you didn’t answer me back and your excuse was “I was busy”. So please stop with the semantics. As I said before which you completely glossed over was the fact your not a MASTER PLUMBER. MASTER PLUMBERS are supposed to stay up to date with the new Philadelphia plumbing updates/codes. Regardless if a customer may or may not know what they need or asked for a MASTER PLUMBER would correct them and let them know what is correct. It’s a shame that your knowledge base is the same as the customers or slightly a little more. Like I said as to anyone reading this…HIRE A MASTER PLUMBER.
