Best Toilets Install in Philadelphia PA

When I first walked into my new house, I discovered my kitchen was completely flooded. In a panic and having never dealt with any kind of plumbing emergency, I called Boss Plumbing and asked for emergency help. The guy on the phone calmly talked me through my issue even though he was at a funeral!!! I couldn't believe the conscientiousness on their part--despite the seriousness of what was happening at my house, it pales in comparison to the death of a loved one, so I'm incredibly grateful that Boss Plumbing took some time to make sure I was able to stop the flooding of my kitchen. In the end, I had to go with an appliance repair technician as it was a problem inside my refrigerator, but if I hadn't talked to these guys, I don't know how long the fridge would have continued gushing water all over my new house.

Responsive and timely, transparent, and always clean up after repairs! Highly recommend!

Tony did an awesome job! After leaving a message he called me right back and offered to come over right away. Once he got to my house and assessed the problem he was able to fix the issue the same day. I am very pleased with his work and have already started passing his information along to family.

honestly the work they did to me was not very good because the pipe is still the same and in truth I will not request it again, much less recommend it and for the price it was very expensive sincerely I am not comfortable thanks for nothing

Had a clogged AC condensation drain and called them since I saw a number of great reviews . I originally contacted them last week and after a mixup with getting them information, they arrived tonight and fixed the problem fairly quickly. The workers were very polite and friendly and seemed to know exactly what needed to be done. I would use them again. I do regret not following up on my first phone call to make sure they had received all my information.

I’m leaving the review for my mother Reed, but I also live here so technically I got the service too.Joe was our plumber tonight! Joe was efficient, very sweet, and super respectful! I have a sleeping toddler in the house and he barely let his voice go above a whisper. Even outside he was keeping his voice low. That alone deserves 5 stars. He even apologized for making noise if it got to loud. Overall, he was amazing and as my mom put it, “the highlight of her week” as silly as it sounds. We will most certainly not only use this company again, but definitely will be requesting Joe every chance we can!

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I will not hesitate to use and recommend Joseph's Affordable Plumbing in the future.

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

They are the best. I had previously used them for a big plumbing job prior to this epidemic (Sewer line) and they were fantastic. Fast forward to today. I had to have a toilet replaced that developed a crack and I contacted Drains r us and they were able to fit me in quickly. I was a little worried at first but they have a protocol to in place for Covid. They complete a quick check list of questions, the tech takes their temperature and the temperature of any one they encounter (of course with permission). The Tuan was in and out within 40 minutes including the new process. As always they ensured they left the work area in the same condition they found it in. Drains R us are the best and I highly recommend them.

I'm new to Philly and John gave me straightforward and honest pricing to install a new garbage disposal and ready my kitchen for a new dishwasher. The whole experience was great start to finish I called left a message, someone was back to me within a 1/2 hour. I sent pictures of the problem they had a technician out the next day, his name is Chris he was friendly, professional, and help me understand all the issues that were going on. He really went out of his way to make sure everything was done right and making me feel comfortable about all the work that he was doing. I had a sewage overflow in the basement. Cracked pipe as well. The cast iron pipe ??‍♀️. Fix it in a timely manner. Even mopped the floors when they were done !

This guys doesn’t show up when promised. When I tried calling him he ghosted me . I would highly recommend another company. I do construction management business always looking to hire professionals and this is not one of them .

I used this company to unclog a clogged washer drain.Mike was the technician who helped me. He was respectful, professional and skillful. He gets 10 stars!The reason I am giving 3 ⭐️ is the very unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. They were supposed to show up at 9:00AM. No one showed up until 1:00 PM. No one contacted me about the delay. I was waiting for 4 hours. I called the office around 11:00 AM and was told by the receptionist lady that I should expect them soon! I called again at 12:20. This time she was rude, screaming on the phone, calling me selfish and “too much” because how I thought I was more important than people who had a plumbing emergency!!!! I was like…lady my appointment was at 9:00 AM?!! She screamed for 3-4 minutes! One of the worst customer services that I had dealt with! My feedback to the owner is that she will bring down your business! No one will and should tolerate dealing with a rude receptionist like her!
