Tony came out within an hour of me calling. Very pleasant and professional demeanor. After assessing the situation, he also gave me alternatives that didn't include him doing the job. I made the choice to allow Tony to do the work on my sink pipes because of his honesty. I was very pleased with his work. My sink is nice and secure now with no leaking, and he did a nice clean up job. Thumbs up

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I have a condo in Fairmount and these guys are the third plumber we've tried out in the past few years. Hands down they are the friendliest and do not try to push you into more expensive repairs!Had some leaks from the relief valve in our hot water heater and the condensation line from our HVAC unit. Tuan came out and looked at it, and gave me my options - the cheaper fix would be to re-glue everything, and the more expensive fix would be to replace the piping. He didn't try to push me either way and let me make the decision. Decided to re-pipe everything, and he was great! Highly recommend and will most definitely use again!

Splash and specifically John were a pleasure to work with. They came out in a timely manner and helped me with an issue 2 others plumbers could not fix. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone with plumbing needs!

Mr. Eddie was friendly, punctual and quick. We asked if someone was available for same day service, and he was. He called us back within a half an hour like he stated and told us the time he will be here. He came on time, was polite, went straight to work and was able to unclog the toilet within minutes! He explained that we needed to flush it at least 3-4 times to make sure the blockage was gone. I Will definitely use him again! Thank you Mr Eddie!

I called upon Zoom Drain after having another company come to empty my tanks … less than 2 weeks after a pump out I was left with not one full tank but two … I do not need to be good at math to do the deducing here. Just like I thought, when Nadir did the initial inspection of my tanks the first one was completely full, and then when I let him know there was more than one tank, he then located the second and it also was full. He informed me of possible causes for this to have occurred and also of obstructions within the cesspool etc . Not once did he disparage the other company or point fingers etc … he remained professional, gave me some possible scenarios and a plan to start with and see where it took us so that I could hopefully end up with a healthy maintained system. But he also gave me the flip side view and what would need to happen if in fact everything he had done and my continued care of the system did not work and it failed … this is what I needed!! Someone to be honest, lay it all out , good and bad if there was a bad and a solution if possible and if not to say so. I am very happy with the service provided and I am hoping to be able to continue with a maintenance schedule and move forward with Zoom. I cannot recommend any other company and preferably this specific technician Nadir … He goes above and beyond without losing integrity and professionalism.

I contacted Marc, who was recommended by friend who also had a good experience, when my dishwasher started leaking all over my kitchen floor. On top of that issue, I had a clogged kitchen drain and failing garbage disposal. Marc responded quickly, assessed and explained each issue, then promptly resolved each problem within 2 hours. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to resolving each issue. Another minor issue popped up later and he came back the following day to address that issue building a strong relationship with his clients. I highly recommend contacting Marc for any plumbing expertise or problem resolution.

A year after I first used them, I had another plumbing emergency (unrelated to their previous work), and once again, they came through and did a great job!! Very conscientious about best approach both for quality of work and financial impact on the customer.

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

This gentleman was very honest, reliable and so helpful. Not only did he go out his way to purchase a part for my water tank. He came to my house within a timely manner, fix my water tank and shower. His price was very reasonable and I will recommend him to anyone.. very pleased and will call him again if needed ??????✅
