East Falls plumbing installed a new furnace. The price was great and they came back to check its operation a few times.

Sewer was backed up. Called on a Sunday and Tony came out within a couple of hours for an emergency fee (Monday was a holiday). Tried to clean it but ran into issues so he came back out the next day with a camera free of charge. Referred me to an excavating plumber due to an issue at the connection and gave me an estimate on the cost that was in line with what the excavating plumber quoted.Situation sucks, but Tony was awesome through it all.

I would recommend to anyone . Great services and super reasonable prices . Finally found a reliable plumber.

Anthony came out and saved the day... We had a leak in the ceiling and he came quickly cut the ceiling and held the leaking pipes (while getting soaked) and had his help steven run to shut off main water valve... They also found another leak in the ceiling in the process... These guys take pride in their work and I highly recommend their services and will be using them for a future project in my basement...

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I will not hesitate to use and recommend Joseph's Affordable Plumbing in the future.

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

I am a repeat customer of Drains R Us. They are completely trustworthy and reliable. They fixed every problem I've encountered with my new home. I called Kit to install new appliances, fixed some plumbing issues I had with my dishwasher and sink, and was so nice to have taken a look at other minor issues. No rating, company very unprofessional. Scheduled an appointment on Monday for Wednesday 9am. Not only did no one show up but when I called to inquire about service appointment, the man stated he was unsure and there must have been a problem with the system. My frustration began when he had no suggestions to fixing the problem. Poor customer service for someone who took off work to accommodate a scheduled appointment.

Juan Carlos-Borvan was awesome. He took the time to troubleshoot my issue and help to figure out how to best solve the problem. Great job by him. You should be thrilled he's out representing your company.

After a horrible experience with another plumber, I called Fred Jonas & Son, and Ian was very responsive to the somewhat urgent matter, and resolved the issues left by the last plumber. I have 100% in their work and will surely call upon them again.

I used this company to unclog a clogged washer drain.Mike was the technician who helped me. He was respectful, professional and skillful. He gets 10 stars!The reason I am giving 3 ⭐️ is the very unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. They were supposed to show up at 9:00AM. No one showed up until 1:00 PM. No one contacted me about the delay. I was waiting for 4 hours. I called the office around 11:00 AM and was told by the receptionist lady that I should expect them soon! I called again at 12:20. This time she was rude, screaming on the phone, calling me selfish and “too much” because how I thought I was more important than people who had a plumbing emergency!!!! I was like…lady my appointment was at 9:00 AM?!! She screamed for 3-4 minutes! One of the worst customer services that I had dealt with! My feedback to the owner is that she will bring down your business! No one will and should tolerate dealing with a rude receptionist like her!
