Best System Maintenance And Cleaning in Philadelphia PA

I had a massive emergency late night with water gushing out of my toilet supply line and not only would the valve behind the toilet not turn off nor would my main water shutoff valve. The basement was already flooded so I proceeded to call several so-called emergency 24 hr plumbers either they would not answer or they claimed there was no one working in my service area. At a last ditch attempt I called Boss plumbing and he answered right away, but unfortunately he said that he had just sent his emergency plumber out to a job. I must have sounded so exasperated that he said I'll come myself. Not only did he come exactly when he said he would he stayed in touch en route. He turned the water off in 3 seconds and fixed the issue quickly. Now don't get me wrong this wasn't cheap but money isn't an issue when you have gallons of water pouring into your finished basement the cost to fix that is exponentially higher if I couldn't find someone. Secondly, the next day I texted him to ask for a receipt and once agin he got right back to me and said he would email it. To sum it up Boss plumbing has A++ customer service and professionalism and that's hard to find in this type of industry. Lastly, they also do what they advertise which is emergency plumbing whereas I'd called several that advertised open 24 hrs but didn't even bother to answer. If you ever have an emergency or just any plumbing issue these are your guys

The gauge on our boiler had been broken for a while. Bill was very communicative and responsive to my husband's inquiries. On the day of our scheduled service, two workers under Bill came on time and worked on replacing the gauge. They did a great job at answering all of our questions and went above and beyond in their service. We are so grateful that we found Bill of East Falls Plumbing.

We called them at 8:30 at night, they came the next morning at the time time they said they would. The plumber fixed our clogged sewer drain in less than 10 minutes. They were wonderful, simple and easy. Thanks so much.

The tech that came out to our home this morning was a Godsend. They sent someone ASAP. I had not had water for two whole days. He was able to find the issue and have it fixed within the hour. I am more than happy with the services I received.

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Called Aqua due to a leak under the kitchen sink. Plumber arrived on time, was very polite, knowledgeable and he explained everything that he was going to do and why. He showed the pieces that he replaced. He put my wife and I at ease. Cost of the repairs was the average for this area and received a senior's 10 percent discount. They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

We had a leak and needed fast service. We arranged for Frusco to come and they would offer a price for the work upon inspection. Within 24 hours we were serviced and were pleasantly surprised with the price. We had just had a shower set replaced and paid way too much, we were skeptical.They were clean, fast and the work was well performed. They left us better than we had been before they showed up by updating the valves to more current. Dave was our guy, and we were absolutely thrilled with the result and the price. I will use Frusco again and encourage others to use them if you want a good job at a fair price.Great work guys!

Let me start off by saying that Buzz Duzz Plumbing is by far the best plumbing company that I have ever had the privilege of doing business with. After a devastating house fire in 2014 and having all brand new plumbing installed throughout the entire home, something was just not right. The first week that we moved back in our plumbing backed up and has been a constant problem ever since. After contacting the original company who did the work, namely Plumbarama (Bensalem) (see my not so wonderful review on them), they were complete jerks. I had plumber after plumber out to no avail. My plumbing continued to back up. It would back up in every conceivable location....into my laundry room, all toilets, my showers and kitchen sink. It was a total disaster! That was until I contacted Buzz Duzz. I was put in contact with Buzz himself, and what an amazing guy! He took the time to listen and understand my situation. He allowed my the opportunity to ask questions and actually gave me some education on how plumbing worked. He dispatched his guys that very same day. Two of the nicest technicians came out, took their time and finally after four years of this nonsense determined what the problem was. It was a nice malicious gift left behind from the work done during the house fire construction!!! But thanks to Buzz Duzz my plumbing has been trouble free and working great ever since. These guys were so thorough, professional, courteous and trustworthy I will never use another company again. I highly recommend Buzz Duzz, I just wish there were more companies out there like them.

Mark and his crew did a great job, they were very courteous, polite and left my place clean afterwards. They arrived on time and I wasn't even inconveniented with no able to use the water, because they were so efficient. Also Zoom quoted me a better price compared to the competition. Another company claimed couldn't do it the job as Mark did because the stairs it had to go around and more expensive... , Mark and his crew did follow as it is, without a problem for them.
