Warren from Boss Plumbing was incredible- I can’t thank him enough - we had an emergency at 10PM on a Sunday night of all days where water was shooting out of the toilet shut off valve that broke off, and then our water valve to shut off the main water also broke off, water was everywhere. I called so many 24/7 hour plumbers in the area and no one was available for the day of until I called Warren- he picked up right away, asked for pictures of what happened, and was on his way in no time. He came and fixed everything we needed to have us back up and running and even went the extra mile to improve our one toilet shut off valve. I am so thankful for Boss Plumbing, they literally saved our night and peace of mind. Warren was so friendly and I highly recommend them for any plumbing need- I couldn’t be more thankful for the 24/7 availability on even a Sunday night where we were in a huge predicament. I am recommending them to everyone I know!

I recently had this company replace my water heater and I would highly recommend them. First, I received a prompt estimate when requested, after the first rep (sorry, forgot his name, but he was on time and very nice) came to assess the problem, and was quickly able to set up an installation date. Then, both installers (two Kevins) arrived on time, were professional and friendly, and did a great job removing the old unit and installing the new one. (I should also note that, when I had requested it, the company nicely moved my installation to an earlier date when I expressed concern about the safety of my old unit.) All in all, I was very pleased with how City Plumbing does business and I will undoubtedly use them again (and I'm in marketing).

Steven was great, reliable, and hilarious. We had a toilet installed improperly from a prior contractor and Steven came by to look at the issue and he even went to the store to get necessary parts for the repair and completed the job!

I want to thank you all for great service, and for doing a fantastic job providing me with a new water meter pipeline. The staff here are super professional, courteous and thorough. Alan and Anthony diagnosed a hose bib break in my back yard that caused a flood in my basement. They quickly and efficiently fixed the broken pipe and answered all the questions I had. They even stuck around to show me how to prevent pipe-freezing issues in the future and cut open some of my ceiling sheet rock (with my permission) to help bring better air flow to the saturated areas. They’re pros who know their craft and are all around nice guys as well.

Matt from Roto Rooter was the technician who was sent when we called the 24 hour number on a early Sunday morning. Matt responded promptly and was onsite with within a couple hours. We explained our situation to Matt he was confident he could unclog the blockage that we had in our commercial size sewer line, and he did just that in a very short time. Matt was very professional and I would highly recommend Roto Rooter.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I will not hesitate to use and recommend Joseph's Affordable Plumbing in the future.

Anthony did an excellent job unclogging a sewage pump for me. If you don't know what a clogged sewage pump looks like, trust me you don't want to know. I just used BF for the removal/installation of new toilets and faucets in two bathrooms of my home. Jimmy and Frank were both very friendly, worked efficiently and did a really nice job! Jimmy especially was really great at explaining what the job required and how certain parts work (which I personally appreciate considering I didn’t know where my own water shut off was ?).
