Tim and Sam were amazing! They came out on short notice when I called about water in my basement. Another plumber had incorrectly identified the issue and quoted me thousands to fix it. Tim and Sam came out and quickly identified the correct issue and an action plan to address. They were incredibly trustworthy and clearly laid out all of my options transparently. They are the best. I had previously used them for a big plumbing job prior to this epidemic (Sewer line) and they were fantastic. Fast forward to today. I had to have a toilet replaced that developed a crack and I contacted Drains r us and they were able to fit me in quickly. I was a little worried at first but they have a protocol to in place for Covid. They complete a quick check list of questions, the tech takes their temperature and the temperature of any one they encounter (of course with permission). The Tuan was in and out within 40 minutes including the new process. As always they ensured they left the work area in the same condition they found it in. Drains R us are the best and I highly recommend them.

MT is professional, timely and honest. They were at my house last week to repair an improperly installed shower valve and I ended up having to call this week due to a clogged drain. Both instances they were on-time, cleaned up after the work was done & walked me through step by step what had to be done. They offer competitive pricing & will be the only plumber I call from now on. I'm very pleased with the work.
