I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Plumber was great and throughly discussed the problem. I didnt Feel lost on what the issue was and got the job done fast and effectively. Will be using again if needed and referring to family and friends.

I called because my pipes are frozen, and after sharing some info and discovering what could be done (which was very little because of where they are frozen), I was advised to save the money by doing it myself, and given some very helpful tips on how to. They seem very honest and took the time to talk to me for a good 10 minutes and guide me through the steps that they would take if they were here. I'll be calling Thompson next time I need a plumber!

These guys are awesome. Arrived shortly after I called and got right down to business. The technician , Joe Fecht was friendly and highly knowledgeable and got my ship back in order in no time. I would highly recommend these guys. RR and Joe rock !

The representative was outstanding. He was personable efficient knowledgeable and professional. I even learned a few things about the job he was performing. He answered all and any questions I had. He was very efficient. Found the problem in no time. I felt like I was their only customer. I will use rhem again. But probably won't need them because everthing is working great. Fantastic workmanship! This was the third and last plumber I had to call to fix multiple plumbing issues at my home. My only regret is not calling them first…so don’t make the same mistake I did, call Splash!

UNPROFESSIONAL! I called with an emergency. Just because they did not want to come, they said I had to wait until Monday. I was told if I come tonight, it will be $300. If I come Monday it's $85, so wait until Monday. I am a paying customer and a homeowner. I'm aware that emergencies COST MORE. I will never EVER use this company again. The technician's attitude was TERRIBLE! I'll be sure to follow up this review with contact to the owners.

I really appreciate getting marquise to respond to my emergency call as quickly as he did . I was over all pleased with everything about his work and how professional he is .

Recently added a review of one star, spoke with owner and everything was corrected. It was basic miscommunication and once I spoke with owner everything was completed professional and in a timely neat fashion with amazing communication.
