I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. honestly the work they did to me was not very good because the pipe is still the same and in truth I will not request it again, much less recommend it and for the price it was very expensive sincerely I am not comfortable thanks for nothing

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

Basement flooded due to broken pipes. Splash did an awesome job replacing the pipes, kept my house clean & helped w/insurance reimbursement.

I had an issue with my thermostat. It not longer was working correctly. I bought a new thermostat but was having issues hooking it up. I called Edward Hughes & Sons for assistance. They were real nice over the phone. I was able to get an appointment quick. The problem was quickly discovered. There was a wire that was no longer good that connects to the thermostat. They were able to replace the wire and connect the thermostat. They even showed me how to use it and set a weekly schedule. I also had them do a maintenance service to my unit to make sure everything was up-to-date and ok. They changed my filter and gave me some pointers. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great experience and reasonable prices.

I had a emergency issue and had to call them late at night. The person who answered me was very courteous and professional and asked me to submit videos and photos of the problem. He explained the situation and reassured me and followed up the next day with great advice. Turned out to be the owner of the company! Tyler did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem in my drainage system, and he and Sean repaired the problem withn a day or two. It was a major job, taking around 6 hours. Everything was very clearly explained to me in a comfortable professional manner. Initially this company was my second opinion and I am so very glad I called them because I ended up spending significantly less money than another company had quoted me. But even more important was that the other company was clearly incorrect in the problem and solution they had proposed. I most definitely will continue to use the services of Mr. Rooter in Glenside, and very highly recommend them.
