They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. Called Zoom Drain this afternoon and a service person set up an appointment for later in the day. Inspected our property and made a quick assessment and gave us two options. We took the most extensive one to make sure we don't have a recurring problem. Less than an hour later problem solve and hopefully won't need service again for a long time.

We needed someone to come out for an emergency plumbing repair on New Year's Day. They were timely, courteous, fixed the issue, cleaned up before they left, and were careful to ensure they followed COVID safety guidelines.So thankful they were able to come out!

Called the company trying to talk to the owner about getting some work done, receptionist was rude and wouldnt even let me leave a message?

I needed to have my kitchen faucet replaced. Someone got back to me within 5 minutes of my call. From the initial call to completed installation took about 2 hours. Mike and Ed were courteous, worked clean and came fully prepared with a replacement faucet. These guys were reasonably priced. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend these guys if any plumbing services are needed.

Kevin from Mr. Rooter of Glenside is a professional in every way, he arrived promptly at the specified time evaluated the problem and kept me informed throughout the whole job. He cleaned up during and after the job and all of this for a very reasonable price. I will be using This company for all of my future plumbing needs.
