Super reliable and responsive!

I have used Boss Plumbing a handful of times over the last 3 years. Warren and his team replaced out main sewer line, added an access port, installed a faucet/vanity, fixed a bathroom pipe, and a bunch of other work I can't remember. Just today 12/22 with my entire extended family over for Christmas weekend I had a pipe leak requiring shutting off the water to the house. Warren squeezed me in and quite literally saved Christmas. Boss plumbing is professional, prompt, trust-worthy, and deserves your business if you want honest work.

Just called them because of yall reviews and was so happy especially since this is a company that is near me. East Falls is upscale im down the street which is not so upscale lol Nevertheless, I called I was like; Hi I saw your reviews can you help me? He automatically responds; Were booked I sighed then he said; Whats wrong? I was like; My tub is clogged and.. Before I could finish he informed me that he was driving and check with this other company and hung up. I am sad

City Plumbing was responsive, professional, and effective. They sent Alex and Ed the very next day after I called them. Alex did a fine job unclogging my kitchen drain and making certain my garbage disposal was working properly. They were careful to avoid any spillage of water from the drain. I very much appreciated their service.

I want to thank you all for great service, and for doing a fantastic job providing me with a new water meter pipeline. The staff here are super professional, courteous and thorough. I appreciate each and everyone of you Eric, Debbie, Rich and Joe. I'm so pleased with the work done, what a blessing and now I can have peace of mind that there's no more leaking pipes, no moist basement, no more bugs! Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

Had a leak in my drain pipe and water in my basement. Called Bill Frusco Plumbing and they came out that same day. Received my estimate via email within the hour. Agreed and scheduled the appointment. Office staff was pleasant and responsive. Joe arrived on time and was friendly and very professional. He did an amazing job in cramped quarters replacing the pipe, moving the washer and dryer and the reconnecting them and cleaning up better than it was before he started! I highly recommend Bill Frusco Plumbing.

Had major work done - new heater, plumbing and new waste pipes, etc. Buzz Duzz guys did everything in two days - they were quick, efficient and very professional. They even cleaned and swept up afterwards! Yes, if you need any heating or plumbing work - hire Buzz Duzz!

Stimmler did an outstanding job repairing a complicated radiator leak as well as doing much needed maintenance on hot water heater. They were on time, knowledgable, covid compliant, and very professional. Highly recommend them.

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.
