They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

Good people in a tough business

Our neighbors recommended KCS Plumbing from a recent leak over Thanksgiving weekend. So, when we had a leak of unknown origins in the basement, we called them. KCS arrived the same day and found the source of the issue and fixed it. They were so friendly and took time to explain the issue and our options to fix it, even though it was late in the evening. They also cleaned up after. I have added them to my phone contacts and would recommend them to any friend.

Tony was awesome! His experience and professionalism was quickly demonstrated when he diagnosed the problem and got to fixing it right away. He was at my house for maybe an hour and thirty minutes total. He was able to get to me the same day I called and was an absolutely friendly man. He has lots of work experience and it shows, he'll do his best to fix something while also being humble enough to tell you when it's out of his control. 10/10 would recommend.

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. Happy with my service. They came out and snaked my waste drain. I had someone come out from another company the day before and they tried to snake the drain with an electric snake, Best Choice came out and got the job done and cleared the drain. Will use again.

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

I specifically requested Andrew because I like the manner in which he works. Efficient, quick but still takes time for attention to detail and potential problems. Having past work done by Andrew, was a complete success. I will always recommend Bill frusco Plumbing and request Andrew as my technician

When our furnace quit working on a cold January night, Derrick came the next morning and gave our 60-plus years old furnace its last rites and told us we needed a new furnace. He and his helper put in a new furnace over the next 2 days, even coming out during a snow storm to finish the job so we could have heat before the forecasted -10 degree wind chill hit us the next night. Great friendly service.

Bob and his Assistant at MTD drains responded to my call within minutes. His professional expertise and experience was what I needed in a plumber for the task at hand.
