My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. Whew, Tony not only fit me into his super busy schedule last minute, he saved me from pulling more hair out! Water was leaking into my basement kind of rapidly, and Tony assessed the issue rather quickly and took care of the severe clog. He was honest about what he could do, explained the process and provided recommendations for further cleanup. Would highly recommend.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Horrible choice. They said they were send someone to unclog my drain the next day because they had no one available the day I called. The next day after numerous calls and call backs they said someone was on the way. Hours later they call and say Can we reschedule for tomorrow? They will string you along in an attempt to not lose your business but if you can't make an appointment they should just let you know so that you can call another company. I wish I could give them no stars because they don't deserve even one.

The representative was outstanding. He was personable efficient knowledgeable and professional. I even learned a few things about the job he was performing. He answered all and any questions I had. BUYER BEWARE!! I paid $200 on July 5th to check my garbage disposal and find a leak. I was told my sink was clogged. The plumber they sent did not properly unclog my sink because here it is July 6 and my sink is still clogged and something is still leaking. Needless to say I gave away $200 YESTERDAY! Don’t give your money away like me. Go elsewhere!!

Had zoom come out for an issue at a commercial property. Ben k was on time, very knowledgeable, and efficient. They quickly resolved our issue, and cleaned up after themselves.

Derrick is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure I understood what work was a priority, what wasn't, and why; and also made sure I was aware of all my options about how to deal with the priority projects, including the pros and cons of different options. Would definitely use again!

So my husband hired a shoemaker and I had to call Bobby to fix it and he was very professional. I took pictures sent them to him. And he was here and fixed it the way it was supposed to be fixed. I recommend this company they do not play and they get things done. Thank you and God Bless.

Joe and his team (April, Lorraine, Dennis, Josh et al) are terrific. Very customer service oriented, high-quality workmanship and backed by great support. We've upgraded to new high-efficiency boiler/hot water heaters at our home in the Philly suburbs and a rental property in Philadelphia in the past couple of years. Came home from a week away to smell water, and it turn into a multi day project with insurance and calling local plumber by plumber by plumber almost begging for someone to respond. 3 days in of still no response, found Szollose online at 5pm on a Wednesday, they called back immediately, and we'll be there 8:30 tomorrow morning. On the dot, perfect. Helpful, great to deal with, tracked down a different leak we didn't know was happening, and ended up having them fix (3) different projects while here.
