I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. Heater stopped working made a call to Economy and they were very accommodating and came out asap...crew was here on a Saturday making my house nice and warm!!! I can't say enough, very professional and quality work!!! Highly recommend!

I was crossing the street at a crosswalk (Susquehanna & Cedar, right outside Loco Pez) and a guy driving an Aqua van yelled at me and my pregnant wife for taking too long to cross the street and looking at his van when it looked like he wasn't going to stop at all. Lots of name calling once he realized I was taking pictures of his van. Another driver told me he'd cut them off too.Says it was his number on the side of the truck, so I guess he's the owner. Don't know how he is as a plumber but I wouldn't let this guy anywhere near my house.

I worked with Kelly today. She was extremely nice and knew a great deal about the work. She seemed trustworthy and was a pleasure to work with. A+ for Kelly!The quote and payment seemed high but that isn’t Kelly’s fsult by any means.In normal circumstances I would’ve gotten another quote but needed the work done on the toilet ASAP.

Mr. Eddie was friendly, punctual and quick. We asked if someone was available for same day service, and he was. He called us back within a half an hour like he stated and told us the time he will be here. He came on time, was polite, went straight to work and was able to unclog the toilet within minutes! He explained that we needed to flush it at least 3-4 times to make sure the blockage was gone. I Will definitely use him again! Thank you Mr Eddie!
