I was very happy with the job Warren and DJ did to install our little cold water faucet. The faucet was a little out of the ordinary, but they figured out what needed to be done and were done relatively quickly. This was after another plumber came out and said that they would need to do extra work with extra parts in order to install it, and gave us an much larger estimate.Warren let DJ do the work, but he was patient and guided him through the process.I had reached out previously to Warren with another tiny project and he honestly told me that it was simple enough to do on my own, saving me hundreds of $.Happy to know there is a plumber out there that you can trust!

Steven was great, reliable, and hilarious. We had a toilet installed improperly from a prior contractor and Steven came by to look at the issue and he even went to the store to get necessary parts for the repair and completed the job!

I've now used Economy two times and have had a good experience with each. Our main sewage line had a back up and they were able to use the hydro jet and clear our line. They also used a camera to look inside and see what was causing the back-up. Each time the workers were kind and happy to explain the process step by step with me. They went above and beyond to troubleshoot what was happening with our plumbing and why we were having issues. They gladly answered all my questions and offered advice as well. The price was also stated up front and seemed reasonable. Thanks again!

Tuan and his team were courteous and professional. They replaced all the cast iron in my house and the outside drain. Very clean as well. You never would have known they were there besides the beautiful new pipes. Not only was the price great, Tuan was able to come up with a sensible solution that kept the new pipes closer to the wall, made it cheaper and will help with eventually finishing the basement. Best plumbers in town
