Warren and his crew are second to none. We had a toilet back up on Friday night and then I noticed a leak in the old, original cast iron sewage pipe. After making a number of calls for middle of the night plumbing service, Warren was the sole person to call me back. I am so happy he did. His team came out to diagnose the issue. Every step of the way, they explained what they were doing and what problems they found. Even when it came down to shock that the entire line (from curb to the middle of my house) had to be replaced, Warren assured that he would take care of us and get it fixed. Fast forward two days later, Warren had a team of five (including himself) out here at 7:30 and they are just now filling in the holes at 23:00. They removed and replaced the storm and sewage lines in a day. Read that again. A single day. Not a shoddy rush job. Consistent, great work.This is how you earn customers for life. Had a blockage with the line off the kitchen sink that was creating issues with kitchen sink and dish washer. They came out and cleared everything up in a timely fashion. Clearly explained what they were doing as they went and what was causing the issue.

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Highly. Highly. Recommend.I had flooding issues which resulted in a violation from the city for plumbing defect. Our home insurance sent out a plumber that told us it was the lateral that was blocked. The city told us that it was our curb trap that was blocked. We didn't know who to believe at this point, only that we had 10 business days to resolve the issue or else our water would be cut off.So glad we found Drains R Us. They not only unblocked everything for us but helped us get that violation lifted and we didn't have to pay thousands for unnecessary repairs.Very knowledgeable. They know exactly what they're doing. Joe is great. He sent his guy out immediately to fix our back drain and kitchen drain. It turned out to be a bigger job than it was so he scheduled his guys back out the next day to complete it so my tenants didn't have to live with standing water in their sink. He called me every couple of hours to keep me updated on the progress. I would use him again.
