Bill with East Falls Plumbing and Heating was incredibly honest and helpful! I cannot thank him enough. I had a mysterious leak in the basement of my new home. I did my due diligence by calling several plumbers to try to find the source of the problem and get quotes to fix it. Some competitors had me hire a drain specialist and they convinced me I needed to tear up the basement and into the concreate outside to replace both sewer and storm lines.However, Bill was able to find the actual source of the leak which was that the pump for the air conditioner had been knocked out of place, and therefore causing the mysterious leak. Bill popped the pump back into place and told me to keep an eye on it, and if it dries up, that was the source of the leak. Sure enough, a couple days later it completely dried.Bill saved me from this stressful situation, not to mention thousands of dollars with his knowledge and honesty. Since he was just there to give me a quote on the project, he didn’t charge me. Do your homework and trust Bill at East Falls Plumbing and Heating!

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

I called Thompson Plumbing when my garbage disposal broken after I had gotten a glass stuck in it. I tried clearing it myself but it still wasn't working and wasn't draining. Instead of charging me $150 for an easy fix, they walked me through it on the phone and the method worked like a charm. I had an emergency with my oil heater and I called Brian Turner with Turner Brothers. I called his number around 9:00 AM. I explained my problem to the answering service and he was at my house at 11:30 AM. He checked the problem, explained what he needed to do and then told me the estimate and I hired him. He came back to do the service at 4:00 PM and finished in 2 hours. He was very friendly and easy going. He made sure everything was on and cleaned up.

While it was somewhat challenging to get the office to respond to some questions and took a while to get officially on the books, the plumber who came to check out my hot water heater and ultimately found a replacement and installed it was fantastic.Vince saved the day and solved a problem that other plumbers or companies could not. Recommend Vince 10/10. Grateful for his persistence, positivity and ultimately problem-solving ability. Would definitely ask for Vince again!

We had a pipe leaking behind a wall in our basement. I called someone else first and they couldn’t see us for 6 days. So my wife went on eyes and ears and someone recommended Aqua. I called and in 2 1/2 hrs they were at my house to look at the problem ( it was 4 pm ), and they next morning the job was finished.Job well done! And my wife said they were nice guys.

Most Reasonable Reliable Plumbers, They Came Out & Unclogged My Drain Front To Back In About 10 Minutes. Also GWC , repaired the leak on my water heater . They were clean cut & showed good workmanship. Took them about 20 mins. I will call them for all my plumbing issues.

My experience with MTD Drains was an awesome experience. Called them and they came out to snake my sewer line same day. Unfortunately, my sewer line was completely broken and had to replace the pipe front porch to curb. Scheduled that, they took care of everything and they came out exactly on time on scheduled date. The job was completed same day with minimal damages to my concrete and front porch. I def would call them again for other plumber services. Highly recommend.

I have used McLoughlin Plumbing on a number of occasions and have always been pleased with the honest work the service technician has provided. Most recently I called on a Thursday afternoon to see if someone could come the next afternoon and even asked for a specific time. They did it! The work was done quickly and when I asked for advice about future work that should be done, I got an honest answer - nothing urgent! Can't really say how their prices compare, but I feel I am being treated fairly.

A year after I first used them, I had another plumbing emergency (unrelated to their previous work), and once again, they came through and did a great job!! Very conscientious about best approach both for quality of work and financial impact on the customer.
