Roman came out on an emergency basis to handle water flooding into my basement. He came in the evening, handled stopping the leak, and then came out the next day to do the repair. He was on time and did a terrific job. I have used Goodman a number of times over the years and am always happy.

I’ve had great experiences with East Falls Plumbing. They replaced a hot water heater within a day of contacting them and did a great job. They were great to work with and very reliable.

He was able to come out same day for an emergency because my toliet wasn't flushing at all. And the plumbers that was called out 2 days before (from a different company) didn't do a great job! He was pretty quick! He was also very professional and you can tell he wanted to get the job done versus the previous plumbers who was quick to get in and out! My toilet is back flushing and working even better! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs any type of toilet, faucet or pipe repair! Thanks again!

They have a professional and courteous staff who take extreme caution when it comes to protecting their clients. The plumbers that came into my home all wore covid masks and gloves the whole time. Their service was great and so was the quality of their work.

We had them come to unclog the drain and not even a week later it clogged back up so when we asked if there were any guarantee there were none plus we had to pay the full amount that we did the week before.

Kelly was professional, friendly, skilled, and easy to talk to. Would hire her through Veteran Plumbing again in a heartbeat. Also very awesome to have a woman plumber!

if you need a plumber , call eddie the master plumber! i called 4 plumbers including 5 star yelp guys . most didn't even call me back. i called the plumbing boys and they picked up after 3 rings. they assesed the problem and sent master plumber eddie THE NEXT DAY! he came and did the work in record time. he explained everything and i'm good to go! i don't know why they don't have any reviews yet but fortunately i found them and now i'm telling the world. don't waste your time and/or money with anyone else! also i had another issue with my gas lines and he came out the same day. on the weekend! 5 stars!!

I called all around and mike from best price plumbing . was the only plumber I could get on the phone on a Friday. he came right out and investigated my emergency and put a sound test on my pipe outside and determined that it was a broken lead water service. that he was going to need to get a permit for my job.I told him I can not wait because I have a baby in the house. he then r knocked on my Nabor’s door and ran a hose from my house to the neighbors and boom ?!! He got me water he came back with the permit a few later and got the job done neat and clean me and my family are very impressed with mike and his guys are top notch plumbers highly recommend to anyone in need of a good honest plumber

We bought our heater from McLoughlin about 10 years ago. We had no heat and called. It took a few hours, but someone came out to us, assessed the problem, and explained everything in great detail. Robert gave us a quote, and went to work! It took a while, he had to do some redirecting because we need a switch, which is on order; and we are back in a warm house !!! I have used Brandon for 2 plumbing issues in my new home and both times he was great. He will assess your issue and provide a free estimate, and give you an honest run down of what he thinks will be the most cost effective way to handle something. The first time he visited to look at leaky basement pipes. When he came in, he smelled gas, and discovered a gas leak in 3 places (which our inspection had missed!). Luckily, he was able to quickly repair the issues. We weren’t living in the house yet but it was still scary and I was so grateful he found the issue. He also showed me an easy way to locate a gas leak (spraying liquid at the joints to see if it bubbles - which shows gas is escaping). He also quickly addressed a bathtub leak we had the following week. I also think his rates are very fair- note that you get a discount for paying in cash!

This staff was excellent. Every associate I encountered was welcoming and pleasant. We even joked a lil?.The was by far the best plumbing supply store Ive ever been to. They exceeded my expectations. Great job guys.

Edited to add: I called McClain again when my sewer line was clogged. They came out within a couple hours (on a Saturday) to do a temporary fix, and by Tuesday afternoon my drain is now completely replaced and working perfectly.
