Boss Plumbing was amazing. Warren came and did the job in the same day. his pricing was extremely reasonable! I plan on using him again for all of my plumbing needs.I even had a issue after he left, and he was more than willing to help me out even though technically the job was done.I wholeheartedly recommend Boss Plumbing. I might add that the estimate and payments were very easy to work out, no hidden fees. He quotes you what it will cost and then gets after it.When I go tankless in a year, there is no one else I would contract with.

Whenever I need a plumber, I email Bill Bierman and he gets back to me quickly. I never have to wait long for them to come out and they're flexible with my schedule. Most importantly, they take their time and do a great job - from simple tasks like fixing a leaky faucet to replacing piping. Overall, they are friendly, helpful, and extremely responsive. Just nice guys, all around.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Kit replaced our garbage disposal in half an hour! He is a rockstar! They were on time, and responded to me right away at 5 o'clock on a Saturday. They arrived Sunday morning and got it fixed promptly.

Professional plumbing company who took the time to explain what I needed which was a new water heater and what the benefits would be if I added an expansion tank. I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

The technician came to my home during the window of time that was given to me by the main office. The gentleman was very polite and professional. He put on his booties to enter the house. I showed him the outside hose spigot. The technician shared with me that I really didn't need to tie off the spigot line but could use a new knob for the spigot. He explained the costs but there really wasn't a cost difference he explained why would you tie off a perfectly good spigot if you can have one for the front yard and one for the backyard.I liked the fact that he shared this information in a non-pushy way. He went to work. In and out. He understood that I had to work while he was at my home. Overall a good experience.

Gee did an excellent job. He completed the job I had called for and also a second job I added. His work was excellent and done in a decent amount of time. I would definitely use him again.

American Drainz was very efficient and offered a reasonable rate, they explained what exactly was the concern, provided cost of materials and reasonable labor. Once the job was complete the clean up was also done which is important with commercial and residential jobs. Officially my 1st call for any & all plumbing concerns.

Before committing to a new garbage disposal that was leaking, Brandon came to make sure it was needed. He explained that sometimes the disposal will work loose, especially if it was not locked in properly which could cause it to leak. Unfortunately, the disposal needed to be replaced. We went to Stanley's Hardware and he made sure I purchased the correct size and horsepower. Came back to replace and was installed and cleaned up in 30 minutes. Brandon came on time. He is always reliable, knowledgeable, and efficient. He is a breathe of fresh air when it comes to contractors.

I would not recommend them to anyone! Makes up prices as they go and have no respect customers. I would definitely not recommend Emilio Melendez to do work in anyones house! EVER Absolutely ignorant.

Joe is great. He sent his guy out immediately to fix our back drain and kitchen drain. It turned out to be a bigger job than it was so he scheduled his guys back out the next day to complete it so my tenants didn't have to live with standing water in their sink. He called me every couple of hours to keep me updated on the progress. I would use him again.
