I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

I cannot speak more highly than his company! They are awesome! They were able to stop by 15 minutes after I called. Within 30 minutes or so they were able to quickly unclog my outdoor drain and provide recommendations so what to fix next in my 92 year old home in North Philly. Tom was absolutely professional, polite, cleaned after himself and gave great advice on what projects we should do next with them. I will be calling soon! Thank you!

I suggest reading all other reviews of Best Choice Plumbing located on 2510 Orthodox Street in Philadelphia.I am also one of the home owner who got ripped-off by these monsters. I read previous reviews and now I will be taking action.They quoted me 3000 and I agreed and signed the contract. After the saleman left and my check was deposited, the saleperson called me and told me the same thing, Miss the pipe is broken, and strated telling me stories like I am from 3rd workd country. NAAAAA. I will let them have my deposit and I know how to screw them the legal way. I AM ON IT.I heard they paid someone to get the plumbing licemce and I will be reaching out to licencing and inspection to check on these people. They are doing harm to this small communinty and stealing money from them. Poor people dont know how to reach out to the right authorities.DUE TO SECURITY REASON I WILL NOT RELEASE MY NAME ON A REVIEW BUT THEY KNOW WHO I AM .BEWARE OF THEM

Scott was amazing! He was here quickly and helped to take care of the large clog in our main sewer line. He was kind and courteous. He had nothing but respect for me and my property. My experience with the supervisor who called to check on me and the dispatcher who took my emergency call were also wonderful. I’m grateful for their prompt help. Thank you so much!

Andy and his daughter (forgot her name) came to visit and see the work we needed done, gave us a fair price, and scheduled us a week later to come and complete the work. A crew of three came and were very professional and courteous and completed the work quickly, and we are thoroughly enjoying our new toilet and faucets! Will hire them again no doubt.

Overall Kelly was quick and did a good job. I wanted an earlier appointment and she called to see if she could come out that day and I appreciate the quick response.I did think the pricing was somewhat high but I got the job done so I'm happy.

We had Bob out to snake our drain in our home. Upon pulling pounds of tree roots out of the drain, he had informed us that we would need to have our line to the sewer replaced as it was infiltrated with roots. They got the necessary permits from the city, And came out at the time they said they would. We would absolutely recommend them, and will be using them for our plumbing needs in the future.Thanks, Bob!

What a ridiculous experience. After scheduling for 8am, the technician showed up at 10am while I was on a work call and flustered.I was told our faucet needed replacing (no problem) and that we should invest in a better faucet so it lasts this time.After agreeing to a 'better' faucet, he left to pick it up. He was back an hour later and stayed for 30 mins to install.Turned out the total cost was $960(!), and the faucet was only $300. $660 for 30 mins work!? I felt I was intentionally mislead and would never use them again. When I called to ask for an itemized bill, I was told they don't do that, and the lady wasn't interested.Awful service.

Was fortunate to actually find myself a “reliable “ plumber. Was put on the schedule and services and clean up completed within hours. Would recommend this company whole heartedly.

My mistake for not doing enough quotes because I definitely believe I was overpriced by jamone like the others in the comments states so beware of him! The plumber gave different quotes and nothing was written down and expected me to remember and I believe the prices he quotes changed. Sorry but I would not recommend to anybody else. Had to ask for receipts and I agree with others who said the same about this particular plumber. Just unprofessional and shady. I would not use again or recommend .
