They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

Tony was very responsive he was able to fix my issue the same day. He sent photos and explained everything step by step. He also provided information on how to prevent having the same problem again. He is very knowledgeable. I will definitely use ifixdit again. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the method of payment. If I could pay online this would have been the best experience I have ever had with a plumber. Although everything went great it was a little eerie giving my credit card number over the phone. If you've got septic drain problems call ifixdit. Thumbs up all around!!

The team arrived at our house within 2 hours of my call, listened intently to my problem and determined a root issue in the sewer pipe. It was cleared and opened quickly! My thanks to the team and their professionalism!

Very fast and efficient service, I had several issues at my new condo (corroded pipes under two sinks, a loose shower lever, and a running toilet). One of the issues ended up being bigger than expected and was a near all-day ordeal, but Dan was able to fix it the same day. The prices are reasonable, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I will not hesitate to use and recommend Joseph's Affordable Plumbing in the future.

No one wants to have to replace your sewer pipes, but if you do, these are your guys. They were responsive, explained every detail of the process, helped us navigate our insurance and did a wonderful job. The guys were friendly, they worked quickly (dug up the sidewalk, replaced the pipe and reset the hole in one day) and left the job site spotless. Very professional, highly recommend!

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

Zoom Drain was able to quickly have a technician out to address a clogged drain. Joel was assigned to the job and he was wonderful. He explained everything and showed me the problem. Very professional and personable. Definitely will call them again.

We used reliable for the last 8year for our business, now I have been trying get service for the last 6 weeks. and now all they do is schedule and cancel appointments at the last minutes with the excuse of other emergencies for other clients? I guess that an old client is not as good the new ones? Thanks to them, our issues have become emergencies now and yet they continue to make us wait over their new clients.This company should not be call Reliable it should be called Unreliable instead.I will never recommend this company now! It is a shame as they used to be good.

I got my hot water heater replaced. They were prompt, kind, and a very knowledgeable technician.

Another quality job completed. I had a upstairs tub leaking water through to my kitchen ceiling. I could not find the source and a contractor that looked at it couldn't either. Joseph's was able to find the source right away and show it to me through the access panel for the tub. They were able to perform the work sooner than originally scheduled. Since the the access panel was not standard and only provided limited access to the tub they expected that a carpenter would need to be brought in to expand it. However, they were able to add a second panel below the original and save me several hundred dollars on the job. The crew was courteous and the work was done neatly and cleanly at a fair price. Clarence did a heck of a job for me. It is so hard to find a great plumber in Philly. I had a major leak and he stopped it immediately then came back later to do a longer term fix. Honest - dependable and fairly priced. Use this man!
