Nick came out to give us an estimate last week and we had him come out this week to complete it (we needed a new shut off valve for the gas line). He was knowledgeable, professional, and got us a good price. We are very satisfied with the work he did and would recommend this company; they come out quickly, get the job done fast, and are responsive to customers needs.

We had a pipe burst late in the day and had to get it replaced. Called Tony 5:30pm on Friday and he came out within the hour. A true life saver and great work overall. Highly recommended.

They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

Water heater busted,Roto Rooter came out and cleaned up the major water damage and took up the water damaged carpet and cleaned and dried out the surrounding damages as well. Came out the next day and installed a new bigger water heater. Will be paid for through my mortgage insurance. Did a great job of helping me out given my financial situation

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). When our gas was turned off on a freezing February day due to a leak, Maurice was out within an hour to assess the situation. Our gas was safely restored by the next afternoon. We also chose to have Reliable replace our water heater while they were working at our home. The team did a wonderful job. Their work was great quality and they were courteous and professional. I highly recommend them and will be a returning customer!

I had an issue with my water heater. I discovered water in my basement and it was coming from the water heater. I called around but many plumbers were booked because of the holidays or closed because of COVID. Edward Hughes & Sons was able send someone over to my home right away. Not only that, but they were able to give a quote on the spot and change the water heater right then. They had the water heater replacement I needed and did not leave until the job was done. They took out the old water heater and even installed some shut-off valves I was missing. They were quick, clean, and professional the entire time. I was very happy and was able to have a hot shower that day. I would only call them again and have told everyone I know that this is a good company. Thanks!!!

I've used Joe's twice now and both times have been extremely pleased with both the service and price. The entire team at Joe's is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and they've helped me understand the products installed as well as how to maintain them. I have a couple other things that need to be done by a plumber and you can be certain that I plan on using Joe's for those and any other future plumbing needs.

Terrible! Did not show up first day, even after several telephone calls. Second day could not give time window when coming. Forced to Call another company.
