I contacted Zoom Drain when our usual multi service provider was unable to locate or open our clogged sewer line by standard methods and we needed a step 2. Zoom drain responded promptly and sent out Tyler within an hour. Our sewer lines were difficult to track and had an atypical layout due to our elevated topography in our multi unit community and interference from a power box on our property. Tyler was able to locate our blockage and open the line using more advanced equipment. He explained all that options and pricing in advance as well as keeping us updated throughout. I am very happy with the company as well as the technician!

Were not able to clear drain. Removed two toilets and may have broken the flanges. And they charged me even though they left the situation worse than they found it vs helping.

I recently had a problem with my sub pump in my basement and a bad leak in my kitchen faucets. I contacted Michael Martorano, owner of Best Price Plumbing & Heating, for help. He came out to my house very quickly and addressed both problems. I found him not only to be very knowledgeable and efficient, but was able to pinpoint the issues as soon as he saw them. He was also always available by telephone if you have any questions. My sub pump was overflowing with water in my basement and yard. He repaired it and added a piece of pipe that fixed the problem. Michael also gave a beautiful bronze style faucet system in my kitchen. No wetness or leaks anymore! His prices are also very reasonable. These are great people. They've done many, many jobs for me, have come in a timely way when time is an issue, and have taken care of issues in a professional way. They've also done a few things in the kitchen that are in additional to the regular services they provide.

American Drainz was very efficient and offered a reasonable rate, they explained what exactly was the concern, provided cost of materials and reasonable labor. Once the job was complete the clean up was also done which is important with commercial and residential jobs. Officially my 1st call for any & all plumbing concerns.

They did a great job, superficially. But underneath the pipes were busted. Cost $2700 to repair.

Terrible! Did not show up first day, even after several telephone calls. Second day could not give time window when coming. Forced to Call another company.
