They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. I had a great experience getting my hot water heater replaced by Aqua. The technicians were on time, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things to me. They moved an end table in my living room to make sure they didn’t bump it when removing the old one. I had had a poor experience with a different plumber the day before and I’m so glad Aqua was referred to me instead. They came out quickly, replaced my heater and valves quickly and took the time to clean up their workspace. It was half the price of what I thankfully knew to be a really unfair quote from a diff company. Friendly plumbers, good service, easy to schedule/pay and I got an invoice right away. So good to have hot water again! Thank you Aqua Plumbing

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I have a condo in Fairmount and these guys are the third plumber we've tried out in the past few years. Hands down they are the friendliest and do not try to push you into more expensive repairs!Had some leaks from the relief valve in our hot water heater and the condensation line from our HVAC unit. Tuan came out and looked at it, and gave me my options - the cheaper fix would be to re-glue everything, and the more expensive fix would be to replace the piping. He didn't try to push me either way and let me make the decision. Decided to re-pipe everything, and he was great! Highly recommend and will most definitely use again!

Let me start off by saying that Buzz Duzz Plumbing is by far the best plumbing company that I have ever had the privilege of doing business with. After a devastating house fire in 2014 and having all brand new plumbing installed throughout the entire home, something was just not right. The first week that we moved back in our plumbing backed up and has been a constant problem ever since. After contacting the original company who did the work, namely Plumbarama (Bensalem) (see my not so wonderful review on them), they were complete jerks. I had plumber after plumber out to no avail. My plumbing continued to back up. It would back up in every conceivable location....into my laundry room, all toilets, my showers and kitchen sink. It was a total disaster! That was until I contacted Buzz Duzz. I was put in contact with Buzz himself, and what an amazing guy! He took the time to listen and understand my situation. He allowed my the opportunity to ask questions and actually gave me some education on how plumbing worked. He dispatched his guys that very same day. Two of the nicest technicians came out, took their time and finally after four years of this nonsense determined what the problem was. It was a nice malicious gift left behind from the work done during the house fire construction!!! But thanks to Buzz Duzz my plumbing has been trouble free and working great ever since. These guys were so thorough, professional, courteous and trustworthy I will never use another company again. I highly recommend Buzz Duzz, I just wish there were more companies out there like them.

I Called spalsh Drain & Sewer because my outside water spicket wouldn't stop leaking john told me to send him pics of the problem he came out same day & installed a new outdoor spicket & insulated the pipes also looking forward to have him do more work soon highly recommend this company.

Hot water heater pipe exploded in my restaurant . Water was pouring out the pipe non stop and we couldn’t shut it off . Greater Works Plumbing came to the rescue quick and performed the pipe repair and shop vac’d the water out. BEST EMERGENCY PLUMBERS .
