I was charged $125 to remove the stopper from my bathroom sink faucet. I now have to go out and get a rubber stopper as it was not included. They were literally in/out of my house in 5 minutes. Considering that I'm located within walking distance from their location, a repeat customer (3 other jobs) who has recommended their services, this is very disappointing.

Mr. Eddie was friendly, punctual and quick. We asked if someone was available for same day service, and he was. He called us back within a half an hour like he stated and told us the time he will be here. He came on time, was polite, went straight to work and was able to unclog the toilet within minutes! Came home from a week away to smell water, and it turn into a multi day project with insurance and calling local plumber by plumber by plumber almost begging for someone to respond. 3 days in of still no response, found Szollose online at 5pm on a Wednesday, they called back immediately, and we'll be there 8:30 tomorrow morning. On the dot, perfect. Helpful, great to deal with, tracked down a different leak we didn't know was happening, and ended up having them fix (3) different projects while here. Highly recommended, and unlike others, easy to do business with, get in contact with, and quality work. Thank you!

My mistake for not doing enough quotes because I definitely believe I was overpriced by jamone like the others in the comments states so beware of him! The plumber gave different quotes and nothing was written down and expected me to remember and I believe the prices he quotes changed. Sorry but I would not recommend to anybody else. Had to ask for receipts and I agree with others who said the same about this particular plumber. Just unprofessional and shady. I would not use again or recommend .

What can I say?Thanks to Hughes Plumbing the house heating system is inoperable. They left a 71y/o Vietnam War Veteran who was later diagnosed with cancer without heat for the rest of the cold season.They were hired to repair a steam house heater, they said it was the piping that was wrong (same piping was there when we bought the house 5 years earlier), they “Repaired” the piping after we took out a loan to pay them several thousand dollars, heat worked for a while and then never came on again.Called almost every day practically begging for them to come check it out. Calls went ignored, any appointment I was able to make were no shows and the reality of them not caring was real.Mr. Hughes you really should do the right thing.I depended on you and your company to fix our problem, and now due to your negligence, my senior father and I have figure out how we will come up with at least 50K to fix the entire system because that’s what was quoted due to the extensive work that has to be done to correct what you and your company did.My father does not deserve this.

Picked up the phone right away on a Saturday afternoon. Was at my home within a few hours. Fixed 2 issues. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will most definitely recommend and use again! Joseph’s was great!

They did a great job, superficially. But underneath the pipes were busted. Cost $2700 to repair.
