When I first contacted Boss plumbing, Warren left me his number and as soon as I called he picked up immediately. He asked for photos of my gas leak issue and was able to fit us into his weekend schedule. He’s very courteous and you can tell from speaking with him that he is professional and cares about client service. Hope to use him again for my future plumbing and heating needs.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I will not hesitate to use and recommend Joseph's Affordable Plumbing in the future.

I'm feeling torn about this review. As a new homeowner I have a learning curve and navigating the ups and downs of a newly bought first house is hard enough. We had a terrible time with our basement and long story short after a rat invasion and a rehab of an already renovated basement we figured out our plumbing issue. Turner Brother's were the 2nd opinion. We decided to go with them. They were attentive, had the gear (including a scope that certain plumbers do not have), and Brian gave us the name of a guy who got us some money back on the 10,000.00 we had to spend from bad building. Well just a little money, but it was nice and something. The plumbing so far seems good. Its working and it's been since Jan/Feb2018. They had to dig in front of our house and created a big big mess. I didn't mind. Get it done and working! The cement was hastily done because it was cold and they are plumbers. That's not their job. However, we gave them a deposit to do the cement in the spring when it warmed up. Since spring, I've talked to Brian twice, and 4 or 5 other people. We've had no call backs from anyone and now NO ONE answers my phone call. I certainly don't mind getting someone else to do the cement work but I WOULD like my deposit for it back since it is a 1/4 of how much it will cost. Also I really wish someone from Turner Brothers would just call to tell me that they have too much on their plate. It makes me suspicious of the work they've done in the ground. In my opinion how you begin and end a job is what sticks with people. I'm not sure I'd use these guys again. So frustrated.

Did a great job replacing my leaking main shut off compression valve, to a brand new ball valve. At an affordable price as well!

Great service. These guys were highly professional. Also, the amount of work that needed to be done, they charged a great price for. Another thing to note, they got everything done pretty fast. Gave me a throurough rundow/walk through of the work they did after everything was completed. Great communication, great business overall. 10/10! Will be calling them again for future projects .

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

What a ridiculous experience. After scheduling for 8am, the technician showed up at 10am while I was on a work call and flustered.I was told our faucet needed replacing (no problem) and that we should invest in a better faucet so it lasts this time.After agreeing to a 'better' faucet, he left to pick it up. He was back an hour later and stayed for 30 mins to install.Turned out the total cost was $960(!), and the faucet was only $300. $660 for 30 mins work!? I felt I was intentionally mislead and would never use them again. When I called to ask for an itemized bill, I was told they don't do that, and the lady wasn't interested.Awful service.

Fast and efficient work...I'm a first time customer. I had found this contact information by simply doing a google search and thought what do I have to lose. I called and spoke to the message center. I received a call back within 5 minutes. I explained my issues and was told that the drain guy would reach out. The drain guy called 5 minutes later, I reiterate my issue and was told that someone would be out within the hour. Sure enough someone was knocking on my door to deal with my plumbing.

My living room ceiling had a bubble and I called Best plumbing solution and Akeem came to see what the scope of work entail. Later that evening he remove the toilet and the flang was rotten . I had hard water residue that I could no remove and he cleaned it for me. He also changed the water line.?He was professional and clean . I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a plumber

Joe answered my call personally regarding removal of old and installation of new pedestal sink. He gave me a quote and we scheduled a date for the service. He arrived early, completed the job and the total charge was lower than his quote. Will use again to help with bathroom remodeling!

Second time I've used this company. Both times I was charged a reasonable amount and received very good service from technicians who were friendly and professional. I did call someone else first and was given a quote that was very high, in my opinion. Then I called Hughes and they beat the other's price by half. Works for me.

Late yesterday afternoon we called for a plumber. Bob Clark showed up this morning at 8:30 after calling us first. He was efficient professional and did a great job we are very happy with the work.

We live in a condo and had a couple of leaks (old pipes) into our downstairs neighbors bathroom and kitchen. The leaks were found the Thursday before Labor Day weekend, and we live across from the Art Museum, so roads were closed due to the Made in America concerts.Despite the challenges, Adelphia managed to get someone to do a survey and estimate on Friday, and the leaks were fixed on Tuesday after Labor Day. Our plumber arrived on time, was courteous, knowledgeable, documented with photos for our insurance company, and the price was very reasonable.We had a delay getting the quote due to concert road closures, but the actual plumbing work was excellent!
