My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. Whenever I need a plumber, I email Bill Bierman and he gets back to me quickly. I never have to wait long for them to come out and they're flexible with my schedule. Most importantly, they take their time and do a great job - from simple tasks like fixing a leaky faucet to replacing piping. Overall, they are friendly, helpful, and extremely responsive. Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

Good to place for heater parts

Matt and Frankie came to my home to repair a leak under the concrete of my laundry room they were on time very polite and did a great job they showed me exactly where the leak was and showed me the broken pipe. Very pleased with their work two great guys, after they left my house my kitchen sink faucet was not flowing normally I called the office they came back to my house within 15 minutes and said there was sediment from replacing the pipe Matt took the faucet apart cleaned it out was good as new I was very pleased great jo guys

Had major work done - new heater, plumbing and new waste pipes, etc. Buzz Duzz guys did everything in two days - they were quick, efficient and very professional. They even cleaned and swept up afterwards! Yes, if you need any heating or plumbing work - hire Buzz Duzz!

Wonderful service. Chris came out late on Christmas Eve, of all days. The new part for the heater was picked up and installed ASAP. Efficient work and so nice! Would highly recommend Veteran.

I called all around and mike from best price plumbing . was the only plumber I could get on the phone on a Friday. he came right out and investigated my emergency and put a sound test on my pipe outside and determined that it was a broken lead water service. that he was going to need to get a permit for my job.I told him I can not wait because I have a baby in the house. he then r knocked on my Nabor’s door and ran a hose from my house to the neighbors and boom ?!! He got me water he came back with the permit a few later and got the job done neat and clean me and my family are very impressed with mike and his guys are top notch plumbers highly recommend to anyone in need of a good honest plumber

We've upgraded to new high-efficiency boiler/hot water heaters at our home in the Philly suburbs and a rental property in Philadelphia in the past couple of years. Big energy savings and trouble-free performance. Highly recommended.

I’ve used McLaughlin for many many years lotta air conditioning, heating ,maintenance and other things . I’m extremely disappointed with this experience . I was happy that they came right out which I paid a little bit over two hundred dollars . but they did come out the same day that I called so that’s a positive . however I showed the mechanic who was a very nice person , very clean very , very professional where I had issues he evaluated it and gave me a price to fix a relay switch , it was a little bit over $750. And I said OK go order the part and call me when it comes in. Well I looked up the part that he needed HoneywellR845A1030 and the part cost me $90. That’s right $90. There are 8 wires to disconnect and two sheet metal screws to remove the unit. Put the new unit back ,screw in sheet screws reconnect the eight wires and you’re done. So how can I justify a $700 charge. That’s all I’m saying. Unfortunately I will be looking for a new heating and air-conditioning company to service my house. They are very dependable so it is a shame about the extraordinary price
