They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

I received a referral to use this company through the city program to fix the the waterline in your home. I pay a monthly fee to secure this plumbing services when needed.They were late and unprofessional. I had to ask the service technician what's the next step before he left my home and he advised he had to put a ticket in.I called the next day to check the status of the ticket and the representative that answered the phone advised; the ticket was never put in because I refused to let City Plumbing run a scope through my pipes. Lies! Who would refuse services if that's what's needed to solve your water problem.The technicians never came in my home with any equipment nor did they ask to bring in any. So I called the servicing provider to explain the lack of service from City Plumbing.They sent another company Transcend Plumbing. The technician came out found the problem and I'm waiting for an approval to get my plumbing repaired. The visit took every bit of 5 minutes to find the issue and it was no need to run a camera/scope through my pipes.Just wanted to share my experience.

Tony was absolutely wonderful. Very professional and prompt. I left a message. He responded quickly and within 25 mins was at my door.I was amazed! I had called some others(4) on some previous issues. Three of which said they were coming.....NEVER SHOWED. And, one who could only schedule me for a later date on a RIGHT NOW issue.Tony evaluated the issue. Explained what needed to be done. Completed the task. And, cleaned up behind himself.I will definitely recommend and use this service again.

Steven was great, reliable, and hilarious. We had a toilet installed improperly from a prior contractor and Steven came by to look at the issue and he even went to the store to get necessary parts for the repair and completed the job!

Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). AC wasn't cooling as much. Chris came out to perform a diagnosis after Sila had added more freon the week prior. Turns out Sila made it worse. The amount of freon in the system needs to be at factory specifications for it to perform maximally. Chris removed all the freon and added it back in slowly to titrate to factory specifications. That fixed the problem, and it cost less than the wrong but more expensive step Sila had charged for. Unlike Sila, he also was honest and didn't tell us we needed a new unit entirely (our current unit is only 8 years old!). Will use Veteran again for future maintenance/repair.

I recently had a problem with my sub pump in my basement and a bad leak in my kitchen faucets. I contacted Michael Martorano, owner of Best Price Plumbing & Heating, for help. He came out to my house very quickly and addressed both problems. I found him not only to be very knowledgeable and efficient, but was able to pinpoint the issues as soon as he saw them. He was also always available by telephone if you have any questions. My sub pump was overflowing with water in my basement and yard. He repaired it and added a piece of pipe that fixed the problem. Michael also gave a beautiful bronze style faucet system in my kitchen. No wetness or leaks anymore! His prices are also very reasonable. I would not recommend this company. I requested for them to do an inspection of a prospective building sewer waste pipe. The gentlemen was on time but gave me a hard time about payment. Insistent on multiple occasions on getting paid before he left. I called the company to make payment and he still wanted verification. To make the matter worse, when I requested for the video which I paid for immediately on his multiple request, I never received the video. Called back a few times for the video because seller wanted proof. Again, no video. Three weeks later still no video for the payment which was made immediately as requested.
