Bill and his team are very responsive! I call and they make every effort to get there asap. My first time working with bill was a small renovation on the third floor. He ran new pipes for 4 radiators, a tub and a sink. He’s on time and his prices are fair. I’ll keep working with him.

On 12-16-22 I had a new garbage disposal installed (Badger 5 1/2 HP Sinkerator) in which this particular unit cost $144. This company charged my credit card $1000 for ghost fees that I wasn’t aware of but was informed the following day by the receptionist when I called to asked why I wasn’t given a receipt. I understand that I have to pay labor charges but $856 for a 20 minute installation is insane, it’s beyond ridiculous. After the worker left a hissing sound was heard coming from under the sink. I looked and water was spraying from a flex hose. The worker had damaged a flex hose under my sink causing it to spray water which was not leaking or spraying water prior to his arrival and I was charged for HIS incompetence? In all fairness an adjustment need to be made to my bill. I’m willing to pay a total of $280 to avoid this matter being filed by me at the Private Criminal Complaint Unit. I did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I’m disputing the charges with my credit card company.

They were the most responsive after trying to call several other company. They were friendly and diagnosed the problem quickly.

Great care

My wife and I finally converted from an oil boiler to a gas boiler after 28 years in our home. Kelly and Chris were phenomenal! Their commitment to their work and quality of their work is impeccable. Our conversion involved a lot of work to make sure we were up to code and they cut no corners. We have gained a plumber for life! We are so glad we found Veteran!

I recently had a problem with my sub pump in my basement and a bad leak in my kitchen faucets. I contacted Michael Martorano, owner of Best Price Plumbing & Heating, for help. He came out to my house very quickly and addressed both problems. I found him not only to be very knowledgeable and efficient, but was able to pinpoint the issues as soon as he saw them. He was also always available by telephone if you have any questions. My sub pump was overflowing with water in my basement and yard. He repaired it and added a piece of pipe that fixed the problem. Michael also gave a beautiful bronze style faucet system in my kitchen. No wetness or leaks anymore! His prices are also very reasonable. I have used Joe Giannone on a variety of projects. Ranging from small repairs to large scale commercial projects. Joe's knowledge of plumbing systems, commercial and residential is extensive and unmatched. Joe's experience in larger scale projects proved immeasurable. All projects no matter the size were done professionally, on time and at the budgeted price. Joe and his team were always on time, courteous and left the work site clean. Found Mcloughlin on Kohler’s website. My own plumber was reluctant to work on a Kohler shower. Mcloughlin came out right away, had the part on their truck and took about 15 mins to install it. The service person was great.My only complaint was that I didn’t fully understand that they charge per visit. It cost me $500 to have a part installed that probably cost less than $100.Glad I had it fixed quickly instead of waiting weeks for a part to come in but I should have questioned the bill further before I agreed to move ahead. They do everything on an iPad & I didn’t take the time to read it. The receipt they provided did not provide the actual cost of the part. Seems like they take advantage of unsuspecting customers a bit. I’ll shops around next time before using them again.
