Had a drain clogged with dirt. Called them, and they came out within 1 hr and fixed it in 20 mins!!! This is after I spent several hours working on it myself. Excellent work and super happy with the results

The great news is they gave me some tips over the phone before the scheduled appt, the bad news is I didn't get to meet them because their advice worked and fixed my sink! System not flushing Roto Rooter found and fixed problem

Scott was amazing! He was here quickly and helped to take care of the large clog in our main sewer line. He was kind and courteous. He had nothing but respect for me and my property. I was so nervous after getting water in my basement. Splash plumbers addressed all my concerns and guided me through the insurance process so that I would be reimbursed for their services. Very disappointed. Worked with Ed Hughes for a few years now.This last job I had a leaking shower. They charged me $450 to caulk some tiles. They couldn't find the leak and the problem persisted.Paid for another plumber who identified the problem immediately for half the price. He asked why Ed Hughes didn't even look at the drain.I've called Ed Hughes numerous times over the last couple weeks and the women on the phone are always fantastic but for some reason they can't get the plumbers to call me back.Really trying to understand what I paid $450 for? Would really like my money back.

Made an appt to get a repair estimate, plumber and electrician showed up but the owner was a no show (scheduled a meeting for same time AFTER making appt with me) and never even called. 9 days later I have plumbers estimate but nothing for repairs or electrical, and no date when it should be available! No calls from them, no contact unless I initiate it, then just vague answers and excuses. Seems to me they don't want the work so I moved on, suggest you don't waste your time waiting for them either. Unprofessional!
