I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

My outdoor bib hose line had a burst pipe. I first tried another company in Fishtown, was put on a call back line, and after a week of no response, I called Economy. They immediately returned my calls and scheduled an appointment for the next week. The guys were on time and information. Easy fix for them and price was even less than what I expected. Will use again.

The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

I called Drains R Us because my washing machine in the basement was backing up. Also, the sink on my 2nd and 3rd floor was making sounds.The first thing they did upon arrival was ask me Covid 19 related safety questions, take their temperatures, and ask if they could take mine. They had masks on, put on gloves before they came in.They provided a quality service and explained what the issue was. They were extremely honest and trustworthy. I will definitely use them again in the future.

What is the point of having and emergency on call number if noone calls you back? I've been calling since 7:30 to have my pipes unclogged and the operator said there is noone oncall for emergencies to help me I should get a call by 8 am tomorrow!!! This needs to be done now not tomorrow there is water backing up into my basement with feces and urine and I have kids!!! I would never recommend you guys or call ever again. Bad business practices do not advertise you are open for 24/7 emergency services when your not

My family and I were without hot water for about a week because of water damage to our almost new 50 gallon tank. Mr. Rooter's staff was able to install a tankless water heater for a fair price (same ball park as two companies, and substantially less than the 4th).Curt and Tyler were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and worked hard to restore our hot water.While other companies quoted this as a multiple day job, Mr. Rooter's staff got the project done in about 6 hours, which was fantastic! The total team of four members helped throughout the process of removing and installing.I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter for their plumbing services, even if you're unsure- allow them the opportunity to quote the job, and earn your business.. you will not be disappointed! We got the work done in April, but I waited a bit to make sure it worked as well as I'd hoped... tankless water heaters are worth the extra money.

These are great people. They've done many, many jobs for me, have come in a timely way when time is an issue, and have taken care of issues in a professional way. They've also done a few things in the kitchen that are in additional to the regular services they provide.

I used this company to unclog a clogged washer drain.Mike was the technician who helped me. He was respectful, professional and skillful. He gets 10 stars!The reason I am giving 3 ⭐️ is the very unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. They were supposed to show up at 9:00AM. No one showed up until 1:00 PM. No one contacted me about the delay. I was waiting for 4 hours. I called the office around 11:00 AM and was told by the receptionist lady that I should expect them soon! I called again at 12:20. This time she was rude, screaming on the phone, calling me selfish and “too much” because how I thought I was more important than people who had a plumbing emergency!!!! I was like…lady my appointment was at 9:00 AM?!! She screamed for 3-4 minutes! One of the worst customer services that I had dealt with! My feedback to the owner is that she will bring down your business! No one will and should tolerate dealing with a rude receptionist like her!
