I called them yesterday for an issue with my A/C. They happened to have an opening the following day and stopped by. John was quick, yet he took the time to explain everything to me. The costs were fair. If I have any issues with the HVAC in the future, I will use this company.

I needed to replace my Heating and HVAC as the vents seemed clogged and had an odor when I turned them on each season. Stan came out and took his time explaining the procedure and the necessary repairs needed in terminology that I could understand. On the scheduled date Borys and James impressively arrived on time and immediately began work. During the job they came across a truly horrific obstacle in which they were very professional in removing. They made me feel very comfortable and confident in this decision I made to have this work done. Not only were they very professional, they cleaned up after themselves and left the area better than they found it. I am very pleased with their services. honestly the work they did to me was not very good because the pipe is still the same and in truth I will not request it again, much less recommend it and for the price it was very expensive sincerely I am not comfortable thanks for nothing

My experience with rotor rooter was amazing my technician name was Thea and he was very professional and explained everything he was doing when unclogging my sewer line…he was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing… I wish there could be more guys like him.. These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. These guys were so great! Super communication, really quick to respond and not a rip off. Our new house was flooding with the recent storms. We thought it was a sewer issue, but it turned out to be a construction cover up we would’ve never been able to guess. So glad we got them to look at it.
