Goodmans originally came out in November to clear a clogged drain line. Within in 2 months they came back out to fix it again gratis. There was hole in the main drain stack line. This was the source of the flooding in basement. They immediately came to evaluate it and st up time to repair, while making sure the clamp would hold until then.Zack came out today and was able to repair the pipes in 30 min.Nick was super responsive was I was concerned that the drain kept clogging and didn’t hand off the ticket until he was sure I was satisfied. Thank you to all the employees at Goodman! Highly recommend.

I googled black owned plumbing companies near me. Tony's company stood out because of the pictures of himself and his work. Upon promptly returning my phone call, he arranged to stop by the same day. After looking at the kitchen faucet, he quickly assessed much more damage than I was aware of. He quoted me a price on the spot and got to work immediately. In at 3:30, out by 6. Best same day service I've ever had.

I can't thank them enough. Their staff came out immediately as soon as I called with COVID masks and gloves on. I felt safe and I saved a lot of money compared to the quotes I got from their competition.

Tuan and his team were courteous and professional. They replaced all the cast iron in my house and the outside drain. Very clean as well. You never would have known they were there besides the beautiful new pipes. Not only was the price great, Tuan was able to come up with a sensible solution that kept the new pipes closer to the wall, made it cheaper and will help with eventually finishing the basement. I called Veterans Plumbing at night with an emergency. they texted me back in a very timely manner..before I finished reading the text I received a call to find out what was wrong.. A very courteous gentleman took down all the information,, he gave me a window time the repair person would come.. My repair person Chris Tucker sent me a text saying he was on his way within the time frame that was given to me. Chris was very professional, and courteous, he answered all my questions and explained everything in a very patient manner. Chris even cleaned up and took the old tank with him..I was given a discount because my husband is a veteran also. I would definitely recommend this company to others. Thank you for your service, serving our country and the good job you did in my home.

Finally I hired a plumber and not only did I resolve the matter alot cheaper than I expected, but I also was informed of preventative measures that will stop any future accidents. Very happy with both Eddie and Steve. Thanks

Gorilla Inc. were quick to respond to my quote request and come out for the estimate. They demo my wall, removed the debris & installed dry wall in 1 day. They were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. I have already requested them for more work.

Contacted DeLuca plumbing to re-secure a hot water expansion tank that had come loose and was leaking. The phone was answered promptly and I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they would be out in a few hours. They notified me when on the way at the time promised, provided an accurate quote for the work, and were professional and courteous(even took shoes off when entering the house..not my request). They finished the job and not only re-secured the tank, but ran new copper piping and did a great job. I highly recommend them and they have earned a repeat customer for sure. Great job!!!

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

Edited to add: I called McClain again when my sewer line was clogged. They came out within a couple hours (on a Saturday) to do a temporary fix, and by Tuesday afternoon my drain is now completely replaced and working perfectly. If you need emergency plumbing work they are definitely the guys to call!Original review: Found them on Home Advisor - the leak was fixed within an hour and a half of contacting them. Definitely recommend for the fast and pleasant service!
