I have used Boss Plumbing a handful of times over the last 3 years. Warren and his team replaced out main sewer line, added an access port, installed a faucet/vanity, fixed a bathroom pipe, and a bunch of other work I can't remember. Just today 12/22 with my entire extended family over for Christmas weekend I had a pipe leak requiring shutting off the water to the house. Warren squeezed me in and quite literally saved Christmas. Boss plumbing is professional, prompt, trust-worthy, and deserves your business if you want honest work.

It was great experience with their service. They were not only professional but also had very crisp approach to what needs to be done to fix the issue. They did not oversell the services for my plumbing issue.Job was done in timely fashion and site was cleaned well.Would definitely recommend them.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I will not hesitate to use and recommend Joseph's Affordable Plumbing in the future.

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

Definitely would recommend this plumber.Had an issue where my main sewer line was clogged and caused sum sewage water to come in my garage.Called Tuan at 10AM and he was out to my house by 12pm the same day. He immediately diagnosed the problem and told me what needed to be done to fix the problem.He was done in a half hour.Very affordable!

I never leave reviews but Mark and his brother were so amazingly helpful I have to share. We had a leak in our condo bathroom that was causing water to drip into the unit below. Mark was recommended to me by out HOA manager. We thought we had addressed the issue sufficiently for him to come out the next day to do the repair but by evening the owner below was frantic as more water was entering her apartment. We called Mark back, in desperation, and he was gracious and compassionate. He went above and beyond to get to our building and do the repair that night despite needing to find a babysitter. All this for a total stranger!. The repair was done quickly and competently and the price was reasonable. I would hire him and his brother again in a heartbeat. Give these guys a chance. You won't be sorry!

I called all around and mike from best price plumbing . was the only plumber I could get on the phone on a Friday. he came right out and investigated my emergency and put a sound test on my pipe outside and determined that it was a broken lead water service. that he was going to need to get a permit for my job.I told him I can not wait because I have a baby in the house. he then r knocked on my Nabor’s door and ran a hose from my house to the neighbors and boom ?!! He got me water he came back with the permit a few later and got the job done neat and clean me and my family are very impressed with mike and his guys are top notch plumbers highly recommend to anyone in need of a good honest plumber

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

McLoughlin plumbing service was first rate. My call to the office was answered immediately, and service was scheduled for my convenience. The plumber was on time, worked efficiently, and kept me informed throughout the process. The pipeline from the garbage disposer was badly clogged, but it was repaired professionally. I would highly recommend McLoughlin.

The folks at Gaceta were great from start to finish!I had requested a quote through Google and Ronnie from their office called within an hour to confirm some details before providing an accurate and affordable quote that was $700 less than the other plumber I had talked to.They scheduled the install the next morning, and Dave showed up on time, kept me updated, and was courteous and professional.Definitely recommend and will be reaching out to them for any of my future plumbing needs!

Took da Boi 'Jamol' 3 days to install a faucet and Elbow Joint under the Kitchen Sink. Then overcharged us and initially quoted us $1000.00 for the service. Dishonest, inflated prices, and shotty workmanship. When you call and ask that a Supervisor come out and inspect the job and explain the overcharge they just have Ole Boi call back. I'd have given 0 Stars if it were an option.

American Drainz was very efficient and offered a reasonable rate, they explained what exactly was the concern, provided cost of materials and reasonable labor. Once the job was complete the clean up was also done which is important with commercial and residential jobs. Officially my 1st call for any & all plumbing concerns.

Brandon responded immediately to my phone call and scheduled an appointment within 24 hours. He repaired the kitchen fawcett, upstairs toilet and removed a broken air conditioner that was awfully difficult to reach. He was professional, practically priced, andextremely knowledgeable. My wife and I are relieved we found someone like Brandon. We plan to use him whenever in need of home maintenance. Highly recommended!

I used this company to unclog a clogged washer drain.Mike was the technician who helped me. He was respectful, professional and skillful. He gets 10 stars!The reason I am giving 3 ⭐️ is the very unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. They were supposed to show up at 9:00AM. No one showed up until 1:00 PM. No one contacted me about the delay. I was waiting for 4 hours. I called the office around 11:00 AM and was told by the receptionist lady that I should expect them soon! I called again at 12:20. This time she was rude, screaming on the phone, calling me selfish and “too much” because how I thought I was more important than people who had a plumbing emergency!!!! I was like…lady my appointment was at 9:00 AM?!! She screamed for 3-4 minutes! One of the worst customer services that I had dealt with! My feedback to the owner is that she will bring down your business! No one will and should tolerate dealing with a rude receptionist like her!

Late yesterday afternoon we called for a plumber. Bob Clark showed up this morning at 8:30 after calling us first. He was efficient professional and did a great job we are very happy with the work.
