We've been using Boss for a while now. They are the only ones we trust. They are friendly, professional, and good at what they do.We even used their services to repair some plumbing at my grandparents house and they would take the time to explain to them what needed to be done and why. Our most recent call was to fix some corroded pipes so our new washer could be hooked up. As soon as I sent some pics of the pipes he sent me an estimate and showed up within in an hour of us confirming. It's hard to know who to trust with your home but we feel comfortable with Boss.

East Falls Plumbing has does annual service & repairs on our gas heater for years now. They're extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and professional to work with for our system. They are extremely familiar with a multitude of different heating systems and set-ups that allowed them to troubleshoot issues with our expansion tank needing draining. They also properly installed a new PSI gauge and emergency shut-off valve for our heater when our old ones were defective. Bill and his employees came on-time and were great to work with and will we continue to use their services in the future!

Tony came in clutch when my house needed him most! I had a nasty hot water leak from the bathtub that got out of control and started leaking through the living room ceiling. Did a Google search for an emergency plumber and he had 200+ reviews so decided to take a chance with him. I am so glad that I did. My house is super old so the pipes are definitely not in the best condition. Tony listened to what the problem was and gave me a possible estimate over the phone. He was here in less than 2 hours to start on the repairs. He assessed the problem, got the tools from his truck and got right to work. When he found another problem, he talked to me about it before doing anything or purchasing any extra parts. The job ended up taking a lot longer than expected... like 6 hours long, again old house old pipes. He was a nice guy, super patient, non-judgmental and was determined to fix the leak that seemed to not want to be fixed. If you are having a plumbing emergency, Tony is definitely the guy to call! I no longer have water dripping through the ceiling in my living room and the weak water pressure that I have had for almost a year now has been fully restored to its former waterfall glory!!! I've been work in the restaurant industry for 25 years, this is by far the best plumbing and drain company around. they install my sewer line within one day and they did a Phenomenal job. Would highly recommended. Travas and his crew are the best!

Our experience with Roto-Rooter was fantastic! The technician came within hours of my initial call and they kept informed as to when he would arrive. The job ended up being even more complicated than we initially expected, but the technician was determined to fully solve the problem! He was at our house for hours attacking the drain from every angle. He even sent back additional techs the next day to check-in to be sure the problem was resolved. We now realize that other companies were simply doing a minimal amount of work that offered a temporary fix to a problem/blockage that must have been going on for some time. We will definitely call again with any future issues. Thank you!

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

Scott was amazing! He was here quickly and helped to take care of the large clog in our main sewer line. He was kind and courteous. He had nothing but respect for me and my property. This people are high way robbers. They came out to my home to fix a valve under my bathroom sink. The guy said he would charge us 150.00 and he would fix it. I thought he had to do a big fix because that is he said the pipes because that is what he said he would do. In less than 15 minutes he was done. I felt that I was robbed because he said he had to do this and that. I think for such a simple job I should have been charge less.

I had a sewage overflow in the basement. Cracked pipe as well. The cast iron pipe ??‍♀️. Fix it in a timely manner. Even mopped the floors when they were done !

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

The tech(don) arrived right on time and was Knowledgeable on steam systems. He was proficient with his wrk and took the time to explain what he was going to do and how he would do it. He also answered the several questions that I had and also provided tips on self maintenance. The sight flaw valve assembly was a little pricey but it needed to be done. Overall I was more than satisfied. Thanks

My mistake for not doing enough quotes because I definitely believe I was overpriced by jamone like the others in the comments states so beware of him! The plumber gave different quotes and nothing was written down and expected me to remember and I believe the prices he quotes changed. Sorry but I would not recommend to anybody else. Had to ask for receipts and I agree with others who said the same about this particular plumber. Just unprofessional and shady. I would not use again or recommend .

Brandon responded immediately to my phone call and scheduled an appointment within 24 hours. He repaired the kitchen fawcett, upstairs toilet and removed a broken air conditioner that was awfully difficult to reach. He was professional, practically priced, andextremely knowledgeable. My wife and I are relieved we found someone like Brandon. We plan to use him whenever in need of home maintenance. Highly recommended!

My oven igniter failed and I called to have it replaced. Within 48 hours, I had a brand new igniter installed in my oven and we were on our way. I thought the cost was reasonable as well. Would definitely call them for service again. Thank you.

I called and spoke with Monique, who was very knowledgeable and competent, and took the time to listen carefully to the four issues I was having. She was very prompt in writing a work order for me and got a technician out the next day. Ryan came and did a wonderful job with everything on the work order. He took his time and when he was finished, he called me to let me know how it all went since I was at work. We were without hot water for only 2 hours before we were up and running again. Really appreciate the quick and timely service with great craftsmanship and a good quality water heater to replace our old one. Would recommend to friends in the neighborhood.
