Warren has saved my house from water damage more than once and on very short notice. I’ve spoken to professional plumbers and told them the cost of his services and they have been blown away by how fair his pricing is. As long as I’m a home owner, I need Warren in my life. He’s trustworthy, reliable, kind and generous with his time and skill set. He even helped me make a decision on a home based on his plumbing expertise when I went through inspection. As of yesterday he saved my basement from flooding and my home from not having water for the holiday weekend. If you’re on the fence, I suggest just calling him.

The team he sent to my home was respectful of my disability and performed all tasks with excellence. I was completely comfortable having them in my home. It was fast and they were professional during the whole process. They made it understandable when explaining information on the plumbing and what was wrong with it. Very sweet too. I would recommend the service to anyone. Plus it was emergency work they did and it was 8 at night and just to get them to come was a blessing since no one could come out fast as they did.

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I have a condo in Fairmount and these guys are the third plumber we've tried out in the past few years. Hands down they are the friendliest and do not try to push you into more expensive repairs!Had some leaks from the relief valve in our hot water heater and the condensation line from our HVAC unit. Tuan came out and looked at it, and gave me my options - the cheaper fix would be to re-glue everything, and the more expensive fix would be to replace the piping. He didn't try to push me either way and let me make the decision. Decided to re-pipe everything, and he was great! Highly recommend and will most definitely use again!

I contacted Marc, who was recommended by friend who also had a good experience, when my dishwasher started leaking all over my kitchen floor. On top of that issue, I had a clogged kitchen drain and failing garbage disposal. Marc responded quickly, assessed and explained each issue, then promptly resolved each problem within 2 hours. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to resolving each issue. Another minor issue popped up later and he came back the following day to address that issue building a strong relationship with his clients. I highly recommend contacting Marc for any plumbing expertise or problem resolution.

I had a really good experience with American DrainZ. The initial consultation for the work was very through and informative. The price quoted was a great value for the work needed. On the scheduled workday they were running behind schedule, however Brandon contacted me to inform me of the delay. Once he arrived his approach to the work was very methodical and he answered all my questions regarding what he was doing. The work done was very professional. I would recommend American DrainZ for your plumbing needs.

Brandon got back to me quickly. He fixed the problems we knew we had, and diagnosed a couple we didn’t know about. The work looks good, and the cost was reasonable. Professional and trustworthy, in my opinion.

If you're looking for fast, reasonable, non-pushy plumbing service, this is it. WOW! Mr. Rooter of Glenside quite literally saved our day and they did it FAST. We called Mr. Rooter of Glenside at around 12:30pm today because of a backed up shower drain that was leaking sewage - needless to say we needed help quickly. Sally, who answered the call, was very courteous and friendly, quickly asked for the info on the job and location and let us know she would get someone out between 2pm-4pm to help, if not sooner. I am not kidding you when I say that less than 20 minutes later a Mr. Rooter truck pulled up outside of our house. Kevin was very friendly and came in, walked the house with me to understand the plumbing layout, diagnosed the issue, let us know what had to be done and brought up a very reasonable estimate right away. As soon as we signed off, Kevin and his assistant Sean got right to work and in less than an hour had everything fixed and ready to go. They were clean, polite, and insanely efficient. They didn't try to add-on any additional services or sell us on anything, just fix the problem and let us know they'd be ready to help if we ever needed it again. I am truly blown away by the service we received. We've had some pretty terrible experiences with some other companies we've worked with in the past and going into this I wasn't sure what to expect. Now I can confidently say that Mr. Rooter has a new loyal customer. Obviously the lightning fast arrival and work time shouldn't be seen as the standard, but the fact that they were so efficient and kind really made all of the difference. I cannot recommend this company enough - as I said at the beginning, if you are looking for fast and reliable plumbing services in the Glenside/Abington/Willow Grove area, look no further.

The plumber came out. He changed the flap on the inside of the toilet. About an hour after he left the toilet began to run over from the top. This was on a Friday. My husband called back to let him know that the toilet was still running over. The person over the phone said that the plumber would be back out on Saturday. she called back hours later and said to the plumber left early due to being sick and would come back on Sunday only he didn't come back until Monday. Not only was he inconsistent about returning to fix the problem he didn't have all his materials when he first Came out he had to run to Home Depot to get more supplies. When he left that Monday or should I say after he left the toilet did to the same it was still running after about an hour. We took a loss and had to call another plumber. I will never do business with Affordable plumbing again.
