They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. We had some issues setting up the appointment. Their on line contact site was not working. So after emailing several times I finally called and spoke to the office team and provided pictures of the work. They told me one of the plumbers would call me. Three days later I called back and had to set an appointment. Needed a credit card to secure the appointment. They called to confirm the day before. Plumber arrived on time. Inspected the job and priced out the faucet replacement at $1057. Higher than expected but the job was completed that day and seems to be quality work. Will possibly use them again depending on the job.
