I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. honestly the work they did to me was not very good because the pipe is still the same and in truth I will not request it again, much less recommend it and for the price it was very expensive sincerely I am not comfortable thanks for nothing

They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

While working one of the employee toilets began overflowing. We weren't able to get anyone out until an hour an a half later. I reached out to Plumbing boys and they provided help over the phone which provided a temporary solution. I highly recommend utilizing them in the future.

My technician (Robert) was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Robert explain his actions and defined any risk to my plumbing relative to his repair activity. Robert was able to fix my problem with no additional repair required. I highly recommend Zoom Drain and will use Zoom Drain again for any of my future drain issues.

Had a spigot installed so that I could easily water my garden. Called at 5:30 PM and received a call back in 15 mins. Stated that they could be by the next morning by 8:30 and they were there on time. They were attentive to my request and completed the job quickly and made sure I was satisfied.
