I had an electric issue in my rental property. Eagle Electric guy came to my property, didn't even look at the basement electric box or wires, didn't really check anything (he was scared of the dog) , and when I spoke to the manager on the phone, afterwards, he said it will be $4500 (!!!) to repair the issue - to upgrade the box, to add three more electrical lines. I said it was crazy. How about not upgrading the box? He said it will be $1600 just to add extra lines. I thought that was overpriced too. I did more research and found another certified guy who fixed the issue for $360. Everything works now.Bottom line, if u want to throw your money away, by all means call this company. What they do they try to squeeze as much money out of u as they possibly can, not trying to be fair or economical, very dishonest and unprofessional.

I had 2 ceiling fans and 1 light installed for a very reasonable price. The electrician was efficient, fast and polite. They were backed up with work but still came out, thank you.

tldr: Very good work, fair prices, will use them again!I am still entrenched in a bunch of projects for my new house but I realized journeying through experiences with the cash grab outfits, folks who clearly have no idea what they are doing (of course you don't know it until they've done something irretrievable to your house), etc, I ought to take some time to sing the praises of Kevin and Jimmy. I started out interviewing no less than 6 licensed and insured companies for the job; Citywide's pricing was fair, in line with the industry and I found I had a good feeling about them. I wasn't wrong.I worked primarily with Jimmy and Pat on a total replacement for my knob and tube wiring. I found that Jimmy was nothing short of fastidious in his work and many others in the business have complimented on the quality and attention to detail in the final product. My house was a full blown construction zone when Citywide was here but these guys took care of my house as if it was finished - I really appreciated that since a lot of others have treated everything around them as fixable or disposable, resulting in some very costly future repairs. Jimmy and Kevin even went out of their way to recommend I make certain decisions that would later support retaining the charm of the old house, which I can't tell you how grateful I am now for those pointers.I plan to use this company for many years to come; the attention to detail, care, and respect that Kevin, Jimmy, and Pat show is second to none.

I called yesterday, late on a Saturday afternoon, believing that I needed emergency service. Arthur answered the phone and I explained what was going on. He suggested that I call the local power company first and it turned out the issue was with them. It was a huge relief to be walked through the problem to the solution!! Especially a free solution!! To me this demonstrated a true professionalism and integrity. I’ve heard often enough people complain about the ‘high cost’ of hiring an electrician but Arthur’s assistance was priceless.

Brownie Electrical Contractors have done lots of projects for us in the past. They are friendly, great professionals. They work in a clean, efficient, timely manner and their rates are reasonable. They have done everything from simple repairs to upgrading our power panel to 200 amps. Just recently the installed a power transfer box so that we can operate our emergency generator safely. Mr. Truxon of  Just It's Electric is an electrician  and  a business person who proclaims having forty years of experience. In my involvement with him, he deliberately executed the classic and illegal Bait and Switch. His actions amounted to me being  billed over Six and a Half Times the Written and Verbal Estimation of $600. I was charged $39957.38. He proudly Advertises  Up Front Pricing. The Estimation was the result of Mr. Truxon's  personal physical inspection of the property lasting approximately an hour. When the actual work was complete, I was charged the new extravagant amount over the estimated amount, WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. This was in spite of the fact that Mr. Truxon had communicated with me each day via text/emails, phone. He never revealed his intentions, or the increase in fees. I have paid $600 toward the cost of the job, which included the $150 cost of the estimate  included in the cost of the job. This company advertises No Charge for Estimates, And Up Front Pricing??By accepting what I thought was Mr. Truxton's fair and thorough estimate, I did not investigate other vendors. Mr. Truxton has refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing or mistakes in his actions, and has badgered and attempted to villainize and bully me as I questioned his methods . By these actions Mr. Truxon confirmed his intent to commit fraud. I continue to question his actions. I don't like being Ripped Off, and YOU Probably don't Either. From day One, I have attempted to have a face to face dialogue with Mr. Truxon, even suggesting (via phone call to his office, and an email to him) that he choses a time / day for us to talk. His response was to rant. Mr. Truxon's attitude has made seeking a quick, simple, and reciprocal, resolution a difficult one. I can only conclude that Mr. Truxton's actions were / are done deliberately to execute His Bait and Switch'.  it is FRAUD.     I have documentations to back my claims.

Matt was very quick to respond to my inquiry and made time to visit my home the next day. He walked me through the work he’d completed when he was finished and made himself available if any follow up was required. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Definitely recommend this business and will absolutely use for any future electrical jobs I have.

Matt was awesome!!!!! We are a restaurant located in Manayunk and had 4 murals painted and we needed to show them off!!! We found Matt on Facebook and he came out and looked at the job and then presented me with options and his opinion. We never were interrupted doing business and the lights and creativity is amazing!!!! Will use these guys for all my business'sThanks so much!!!!

Trotter electrical has been a pleasure to work with! They provide fair and competitive estimates, are there when they say they're gonna be there, and do flawless work. I couldn't recommend them enough. Side note: I noticed their address is wrong in Google's listing.

Absolutely atrocious, very very high, fraudulent quoting practices, lucky we did not do any major work with these people and got a second opinion. Do not let them do an inspection on your house, it's absolute garbage.
